Featuring a bar and water sports facilities, as well as a restaurant, The Kings Head is located in Meifod. The property provides room service, and luggage storage for guests. This hotel was perfect, we was staying in Wales for a friends wedding. There isn’t much to do in the surrounding area but it was perfect for what we needed. The staff really went out of their way to give us the best stay possible they were so helpful and friendly. We were able to check in earlier, the room was lovely. Including extras such as coffee machine and a dyson fan. Very comfortable bed for a great nights sleep. The staff collected us from the wedding reception as we couldn’t get a taxi, even though it was 3am! Very accommodating! The breakfast the next morning was lovely! Such great value too for what you get, I honestly can not recommend this place enough! Thankyou to everyone at The Kings Head for a perfect stay!
Located in Welshpool, Eithinog Hall provides accommodations with a garden. Free WiFi is featured. There's a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. Eithinog Hall - what can we say? Just WOW! The hall, the hosts, the food and the location - all just amazing. A warm friendly greeting on arrival (as if we were old friends) followed by a sumptuous 3 course evening meal that honestly exceeded our expectations - restaurant quality served in a beautiful dining room. Also a big thank you to the (very friendly) Eithinog hens for supplying amazing freerange eggs for those great breakfasts... mmmm. Plus the sun shone for us too so we walked in the woods and sat by the river... just what the doctored ordered. A fantastic place to chillout, relax and recharge your batteries whilst being treated like royalty! Laura, Jane & Mark we will see you again soon :-)
