The couple running the place were wonderful. They were super friendly & helpful with directions, suggestions on areas to explore, where to go have dinner & even making a reservation for us. Also, the breakfasts were really great, plenty of food & variety - good cooks!

Everything was GREAT. Frances, the hostess, is wonderful, kind and super welcoming. The studio is bigger than it appears on the pictures. It is clean and has everything you need. Super luminous. The location is near many of the big attractions (Fort William, hikes). A great place to be close by while staying out of the crowd. The studio provides a little booklet with food recommendations nearby. You can easily walk a little 5 minutes and be on a rocky beach.

The Boathouse pod offers accommodations in Onich, 1.2 miles from Loch Linnhe and 12 miles from Glen Nevis. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony and free private parking.

A warm, family welcome awaits at this traditional West Highland inn/small hotel. Beautifully situated beside Loch Linnhe, Inn at Ardgour is reached via a very short car-ferry trip across the water.

We chose to spend two nights at the Corran because it seemed to offer a perfect loci for visiting all the stellar attractions in the immediate area and we were well rewarded. Can't comment on hosts because we never did meet anyone but it wasn't needed. The rooms were spacious with a very comfortable living area and could have easily accommodated more than just the two of us. The property itself was a gift being right on a Loch with incredible currents and vistas. The ferry service offered to cross to the restaurant / pub and a brewery across the Loch was so accessible and added a unique touch to the experience. We reserved for two night and would have wanted a third! Highly recommended.
