It was a peaceful haven. Beautiful position, old world charm was a delightful, restful change. Staff were lovely and parking so convenient.

I loved this hotel - it has a lot of character. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was very grateful to the duty manager for kindly carrying my suitcase up two flights to my room and bringing it down again when I left. The room was spacious and had everything I needed. Breakfast was very good and generous. I also ate at the hotel in the evenings and the food was again very good with plenty of choice. The location was excellent for getting to local sights such as Charlestown (a 2 mile walk), Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, and Mevagissey (all these by local bus).

The rooms were very attractive and comfortable. Dinner though a little pricey was excellnt as was the selction of ales in the bar.

Very nice people working there. We had a blast here. Booked a night extra because we liked it so much. The room was very beautiful and there was a good shower and bed. Thanks for making our trip better!

I love this hotel. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Its spotless. The bathrooms are beautiful with powerful showers and lovely big baths. There are dog friendly family rooms and a few rooms that are more luxurious. Great location and great value for money.

Awesome location and incredible staff. The gardens in the back were just a continuation of the “Eden Project” we had just experienced. Cannot say enough about the staff, our dinner and the breakfast.

A great base for exploring the many beautiful places in Cornwall. Lovely hotel, very comfortable rooms, very peaceful (never heard any noise at night!) Great breakfast and breakfast rooms were lovely. Pool was lovely. Would definitely return.
