Nearly 200 years old, this former inn has its own grounds and overlooks the Ashburnham golf links. With views of Gower Peninsula, it is on the edge of the Millennium coastal paths and bike tracks.

Really enjoyed our stay, loved the location, bar and garden area.
A small, friendly hotel just outside Llanelli town center, the Thomas Arms is a 5-minute drive from shops at Parc Trostre and the Scarlets Rugby stadium.
Tucked in the Welsh hillside, the 4-star Stradey Park Hotel is a converted Edwardian mansion with panoramic views of the Gower and Carmarthenshire coastline.

What’s not to like ?
It was a perfect location. The accommodation, the breakfast, the staff absolutely nothing to criticise.
Excellent value for money. We moved on to Cornwall and can’t get over the difference in price. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Stradey Park Hotel
Just a mile from Llanelli’s center, the luxury The Diplomat Hotel Restaurant & Spa has free parking, free Wi-Fi and a modern leisure center. Ffos Las Racecourse is a 10-minute drive away.

The room was quite spacious, even had a small kitchenette and a table with 2 chairs. While the bed was softer than what I am used to, it was still comfortable. And the location was quiet.

Plenty of parking, payment was quick and easy, short walk to an amazing blue flag beach, sea is safe, tide goes out a long way as its very flat, sea was warm and hardly anyone else around - absolutely blissful. Highly recommend.
The lounge area and the private access to the swimming pool were enjoyable. Pembrey Beach is local and not to be missed. As for the Pembrey Country Inn down the road, it was so nice we had dinner there twice in a row. The landlord and staff are amazing, the atmosphere when a live group performed in the Saturday night was simply brilliant. We experienced Welsh hospitality in that pub for sure!
A perfect location for dog and self. A beautiful 30 minute walk from the house to a beach.....10 minutes in car to the wonderful Pembrey Country Park. Spotless, self contained accomodation. What more could one ask? Oh, a great breakfast,,,eggs poached to perfection! We look forward to staying again!
Location was great for us as we had activities in Pembrey Country Park all week. Good that we could take our dogs and that the garden is secure so no chance of them escaping. Kitchen had everything we needed and more and decent utensils etc. Decent shower and bathroom was fine. Had a homely feel.
We used the hotel as a stop-off on the way home from a holiday. We had a good evening meal and substantial breakfast the following morning. The hotel was very clean and well maintained.
stayed here when at the cycle racing at pembrey circuit. was 5mins up road. local pubs and restaurants are all good as well.
parking area at rear or on pavement at front.
