Contrasting with "upmarket" chain hotels I've stayed in recently it was great - the TV was an ACTUAL smart TV which was NOT the case in a Voco or a holiday Inn express. The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant belonging to the property serves first class cuisine and reasonably priced

The room and bathroom we're exceptionally large for a Europran hotel.. The windows were large, they opened easily and my room faced a pleasant garden.the room had a nice selection of tea and coffee. Fresh milk and water were provided. The sandwich I ordered from the deli was delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Short stay one night as traveling for dance competition.. large spaced room with double bed and single bed in, wifi signal was excellent did not cut out at all kids playing games on there devices in evening( most places go to wifi is awful cuts in/out out room was located top floor signal amazing, small bathroom but that didn't matter to us still managed give kids shower easily enough.. (soap/ shower gel available in dispenser in bathroom in case forgotten shower gel) Most hotels don't have a fridge in the room but it was very cold storetd my daughters water bottle (flask) in for a refreshing cold drink in the morning. I love our stay. It was perfect everything within easy walking distance of Morrison's ( 1mins walk for late evening snacks) pubs takeaway places right outside next door/crowlane road from hotel, town center for abit shopping loads shops on high Street too many name all had everything primark, sports direct, boots, subway, McDonald's, KFC, poundland, banks, mini market with stalls, lovely big Park with lake with lots ducks(with cafe opsite play area) 20mins walk from hotel on other side of town. My children loved it.
