This hotel is excellent. We loved the room - it was very large and the bed was very comfortable. We had a mini bar included and it was replenished each day. If we ever come back to Glasgow, this will be the place where we will stay. Love it!

We had a great stay -- the hotel is rather unique in that it's actually several townhouses that are connected and then redone as rooms. Our room was delightfully decorated fitting of the boutique hotel status, with a huge bathroom and large, comfortable bed. The hotel staff were communicative and helpful, both before our stay, messaging over booking.com, at reception, and while there. We were celebrating a special occasion, and had a nice surprise welcoming us in the room, which we appreciated. We also ordered room service from the restaurant (always a nice treat at hotels that offer it) and this hit the spot -- there was good variety, the food was high quality, and the ambiance and experience quickly made us feel at home. Lastly, it was our first time in Glasgow and as travelers without a car, we weren't quite sure where to stay. This spot worked out quite well -- the area is nice, and the university area (around Byres road), with more shops and cafes and such, is just a 10 minute walk, or a shorter bus ride. The bus stop is also right outside and very convenient, and that or the train provide quick transit access through the city. Overall, this worked out very well for us -- we had comfortable accommodations, tasty food, and great service. Would recommend to others.

The hotel is in a great location for all of city centre Glasgow. We walked to the Tennant's brewery and also to SWG3 and location was perfect. We didn't see many staff but the ones we did see were helpful and friendly. We arrived early and we put in luggage for no charge. We were staying in one of the penthouses and it was amazing - we had a balcony that we could see out for miles and it was such a wonderful surprise. Room was modern, clean & spacious.
