Clean, freshly laundered bedclothes and sufficient towels. A decent supply of tea, coffee and milk (bonus biscuits).
Will the hotel manager, as previously arranged, went above and beyond to give us access to our room at 12noon so that we could ready ourselves ahead of the family funeral we were attending, which was much appreciated.

The room was very spacious and tidy. Morning breakfast was brilliant and the staff was very friendly. There was a huge parking space just outside the inn. All together, a very good experience.

I have been there before and enjoyed it then and again this time. Rooms are good and the meals are good - I would again happily stay there if an opportunity arose/

Our stay at Hollybush Lodges was absolutely perfect! The lodge was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We chose this location because it was the ideal base for exploring Bath, Glastonbury, and some wonderful hidden gems in the surrounding suburbs. The host was amazing—so helpful with our special requests and truly made our experience extra special. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy the area. Highly recommend! :)
Reasonable amount of food outlets. I went to a place with family which was outside Radstock to eat. It is easy to get around by car but public transport is a bit scarce. For a small town it generates a lot of through traffic but it is situated between 2 cities

Suggested bus to Bath with our bus passes bus stop really close, we caught bus so didn't have any trouble of parking. Visited Wells on Market day. Pub not far away from Cheddar or Bath.
Even though they held two wakes while were staying there it didn't affect their service to locals or any other guests. Had a Parrott called Pee WEE
which was very entertaining.

Good quality breakfast. Room very disappointing dark, dreary and smelt damp and unwelcoming.Surprised and fed up that there was no prior warning that there wasn’t food or a bar in the evening which I think is a reasonable expectation of an inn. The post operative discomfort of the hostess was to be sympathetic to but should not have been used to our disadvantage
I booked 6 rooms for my team as we were running an event in Radstock and the welcome we received from the staff at the hotel/pub was fabulous.
The rooms were clean and spacious. Room number 1 is gorgeous. We will definitely return next year.
Thank you for the welcome to Somerset.
It was picked due to its proximity to Radstock. Good selection for breakfast. Very friendly welcome from everyone. Loved the bar area with a good choice of drinks. Great area for walks and visit to Wells.
