My husband and I had the most perfect weekend away here for my birthday. As soon as we walked in, we felt right at home. The apartment was modern, comfortable and very clean! It was exactly how we had seen it in the pictures. We loved the inside swimming pool. Everything was perfect apart for the bed which was little bit small but comfortable.

The Radstock Hotel is a friendly environment. Nothing is too much for the staff. Breakfast is lovely with plenty of choice. Currently The Radstock do not sell food on a Monday but there are plenty of places to eat nearby. The rooms are in need of a refurbishment/update, hopefully the owners will spend money on a refurbishment & replace old windows as this would help to sound proof the rooms from the road outside. (I wear earplugs so wasn't an issue). The rooms are clean with towels & toiletries included. TV has lots of channel's. The room has a kettle, tea/coffee & biscuits. The new landlord only took over in January 2020 & then Covid-19 hit so hasn't yet had a chance to make all improvements needed. Fingers crossed the owners are willing to spend the money it deserves. The Radstock overall is a lovely friendly pub with good food and environment.

Great location,thats about it . Walked out after 1 night even though i paid for 2 TOILET was dirty on arrival not flushed ceiling dripping in water Place was smelly and noisy did not get much sleep . Very basic which is not normally a problem if you can sleep and wash however could not get out fast enough will not be returning.

Worse place ever stayed in. Would not recommend this to anyone especially room number 2. Room had not been cleaned including the bathroom and no bottom sheet on the mattress and Very bad customer service.

Unfortunately me and my partner are very frustrated ! Due to health reasons our planed stay couldn't go ahead so a week before we was due to arrive we tried numerous times to contact the hotel to let them know the situation to see if we maybe able to get a refund or perhaps arrange a later date when my partner's health is back to normal . But after 2 emails , and endless attempts to call but to get no answer except on one occasion where we was told the manager would call us Back to discuss the situation (which never happend ) it has left us feeling very annoyed at the lack of communication and care .

This hotel could be a veritable goldmine were the property given a complete makeover and the whole building utilised to its full potential. The carpet in the bar is old and dark; there are some very bad stains on the carpets leading to the rooms; the breakfast room is adequate but tired. The staff were very pleasant and efficient but fed up with the organisation not investing in the property, leaving them to explain and apologise for the shortcomings.
