Great facilities and staff. Room spacious and very comfortable, food from the kitchen excellent... Special mention to Sarah the manager, and Fiona who greeted us and made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble, even an early breakfast. A lovely stay, would recommend, and definitely return..

Absolutely everything, the lodge was huge, much bigger than expected and had everything you need and more. 3 large bedrooms and 3 generous sized bathrooms! Lots of little touches too. They have thought if everything from milk in the fridge to little sweets and gift bags for the kids. Could not recommend highly enough.

We were on our way to another place and got stuck due to extreme weather and blocked roads. We booked online at 19:00 and the apt. was ready and warm when we got there at 20:00. The rooms are lovely, very clean, very comfortable. The bath and shower are great, each room has tea/coffee facilities, some morning cereals and chocolate bars, also a fridge with fresh milk in it. Jamie himself was extremely responsive and helpful, he recommended some restaurants for us, reserved a table and made sure we park correctly to avoid a fine. The apt. is a short drive from down-town Perth and I will definitely stay there again if visitting Scotland.

The hotel is clean and tidy, with friendly and attentive staff. Although the breakfast selection is somewhat limited, it’s better than nothing. Most importantly, the rooms are spacious, making for a very comfortable stay.
