Uplands House, near Banbury has a garden and a terrace. Each room at the 5-star bed and breakfast has garden views and free WiFi. The bed and breakfast features a British restaurant. Every possible need had been preempted and met - right down to the Radox to pair with the lovely stretch bath post - walk. Spectacular part of the Cotswolds and hosts local knowledge unmatched
Located in Banbury, Castle At Edgehill has a restaurant, bar, shared lounge, and free WiFi. Boasting luggage storage space, this property also provides guests with a barbecue. I think there are only about four bedrooms, but 'The Castle' offers a top-class stay. The room we enjoyed was called "Rupert", and was at the top of the tower. (N.B. The suite is reached by ascending narrow, spiral stairs, not easy for everybody, or for v. large luggage). The room was nearly octagonal with a four-poster double bed and spectacular views over the battlefield (as have the dining areas and the garden terraces). There was a shower in the bathroom (no bath). The food, Malbec, and the service at both dinner and breakfast surprised us with their quality. Easy car parking.
Set in Kineton, Tunlaw Cottage offers accommodations with a patio and free WiFi. The accommodations is 12 mi from Warwick. I hired this property for my site team and their feedback was only positive. The hosts were extremely accommodating. The property was clean, tidy and comfortable. They and I, would recommend this property others.
Lockwood House is located in Kineton. Free WiFi is provided. There is a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries in each unit, along with a hair dryer. The hospitality I received was second to none. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety and the location was central to the village I was staying. Warm and friendly people. Thank you Linda!
Attractive Cotswolds village, only one thatched cottage that I saw, with traditional stone buildings, a church and a historic pub. Set in the middle of beautiful countryside which is great for walking, not so much if you do not like going up and down hills. The Rose and Crown provided a superb Sunday lunch, very good service and at a reasonable price.
