The staff at Forest Hills simply rocks from the front clerks to the housekeeping. While visiting Frodsham, we had some misfortune and also fell ill while we were visiting and there was a death in the family and they were so kind and helped us get cabs and directed things up to our room. When we felt good enough to have breakfast we did very much enjoy the buffet. Morning in the dining room was simply delightful. Also during an ice/snow event, the owner came and fetched us so we could make our plane (which was ultimately canceled but that is a different story). It was simply above and beyond. This hotel may be the only game in town but they are special indeed.
