Sandgate is so nice. Just the right size and distance from hythe and sandgate. There are plenty of bars and restaurants and a few shops. The beach is lovely and it’s a nice level walk to hythe or Folkestone as it’s half way between the two. There are lots of buses so once you’ve parked your car you won’t need to use it 7ntil you go home x
The perfect seaside little town with beautiful pebble beaches that stretch for miles to Folkestone on one side and Hythe on the other. The small high street is full of cute little antique shops and coffee shops. We had a great breakfast at Comemos where dogs are welcome and they have serve great food and superb coffee. A very friendly loca pub is The Earl of Clarendon. Folkestone is around 40 minutes away if you fancy a great invigorating walk along the coast line or 6 minutes by car. And Hythe is only 15 minutes walk where you can enjoy superb seafood at Hythe Bay seafood restaurant.
A very quaint town with a great selection of pubs and restaurants. The Main Street had a nice mix of antique shops, perfect for browsing. There is a pathway at the waterfront perfect for walking or running. We noticed some development of properties as it seems to be a much sought after location.

Sandgate has a bit of everything all mixed together, I loved it! Great looking and the restaurants are good too. There is something for everyone. I'd say it was probably better to have a car due to things being so much more quicker to get to and explore if you don't have a lot of time. The coastal park had some stunning views.
Sandgate Stunning Sea Views was such a fabulous apartment which accommodated us as a family of 5 in comfort. The view from the apartment is amazing and the balcony with sun shining made eating breakfast alfresco just perfect. Shame we couldn't stay longer but we were travelling to France for our Summer Holiday via the Eurotunnel which is a 5 minute drive away. Steve the owner made our stay so fantastic from the minute we booked to the moment we left. So helpful and we reserved a parking space in the car park of the apartment block itself. We would recommend Sandgate to everyone. A very luxurious, spacious, comfortable, affordable apartment with stunning sea views.
