We were going to a wedding at the Holt Fleet and found this accommodation within 3 miles of the venue. The place is immaculate, spacious and clean. Breakfast was a full English or whatever you would like served to the room the quality was one of the best breakfast's I have ever eaten. It's a hidden gem and value for money was brilliant. We would definitely use again thank you.

Really great place to stay The beer is excellent My room was very clean and comfy with a nice view of the canal I was travelling to attend a friend's funeral Never an easy time. The friendly Landlady and the welcoming Locals made all the difference at a difficult time Great breakfast too Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay

The staff were wonderful! They were so friendly they made me feel very welcome. Also, the chef at the on-site restaurant was amazing!! I really enjoyed dining there.

Very impressive. I stayed in the single room which, although was only small, it was incredibly well equipped with everything I was likely to need and more. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. I was able to park in the driveway there was also a large car park very close by. Easy access to the M5 and local shops, Starbucks and McDonalds within a few minutes drive (tea, coffee and biscuits were also available in the room) Julia and her husband were delightful, friendly and very welcoming. I have already booked another stay with them.

    The owners were very lovely and one of them even very kindly drove us to a wedding locally which was above and beyond. The property was lovely too. Our only criticism (if we had to state one) was that it was very chilly and the radiators weren’t on in the property in February. There was a little fan heater which we did put on but which didn’t really heat the room/bathroom that well. Other than that though, the room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Disappointed we needed to leave early as the breakfast reviews sounded great! Thanks to the owners for a lovely stay.

    An immaculate, cosy, and comfortable cottage, in a peaceful, picturesque area. Close to a beautiful walk in Shrawley woods and a cosy pub on the corner, that had a roaring fire and served great hot/cold drinks and beers and have such comfy seating. On the evening, it was lovely to light the fire and sit back and relax. You can't hear a thing. So relaxing! Bed was so comfy - probably the comfiest bed I have ever slept in a on break away! Breakfast was beautiful on the morning. We will be back next year!

    The hosts were wonderful. The breakfast was incredible. If you're happy with a farm stay instead of you're usual chain hotel, this place is superb. I will be back.
