Set in Sittingbourne, Holly House B&B offers free WiFi. Guests can enjoy garden views. Guest rooms in the bed and breakfast are fitted with a flat-screen TV. My wife, son and I stayed here for a night in June 2021. The host, Jane, was lovely. Her house was comfortable and very clean, with a lovely garden/backyard. The location was great for our needs, just about 10 mins drive to Sittingbourne station and about 20-25 minutes to Tankerton beach (Whitstable) and 20 minutes to Elmley Nature Reserve. The house is right next to the Borden Cricket Club entrance. The customised home cooked breakfast was delicious. This B&B is an easy recommendation.

Nothing to review as we came to see my friend and stayed at hers for the day. Plus I usually come for the day and stay at her sometimes. But as I had a friend with me we are now going to stay there each time we come together.
Sittingbourne is a beautiful town with beaches within 30 minutes drive. Lovely place for family holiday as lots to do around. Diggerland is a good place to visit for kids and half hour drive. Lots of things to do with family in and around Sittingbourne
Sittingbourne is a bit unnerving at night bouncers all over the place but no grief during our stay. Parking is not easy with machines and times that seem to have a mind of there own. Plenty of shops , takeaways and restaurants. Wetherspoons is very good value.
Small town, conveniently placed for touring North Kent. Has good amenities and transport links. Great for visiting Isle of Sheppey and Canterbury, if you don't want to stay in large town. Lots of heavy traffic due to retail parks and plants close by.
Great hotel well refurnished for our Executive Double Room with excellent bathroom equipment & robes. Staff really pleasant, breakfast is good. Restaurant (tested for dinner) is a bit overpriced for what you get but still of good quality. The Pool/Sauna/Steam area is a bit noisy which is not the best for relaxation.
I didn’t really like any of it, when I came out of the spa area Saturday night there was a wedding going on and I would have had to walk past the wedding in my robe so we chose to get out the main door in the rain wearing slippers and cold.

We had A very warm welcome from the host, we had our own key to get into & out of the property with no pressure on times to get in or out. Had full use of the kitchen and we enjoyed the continental breakfast (cereals etc) which was at no extra charge. We also had a great parking space right outside the door. Beautifully decorated throughout. We will definitely use again in the future when visiting our friends in Sittingbourne
Sittingbourne
Location was good as we were on business in the area. The rooms were clean and well equipped with kettles, fridge and microwave as well as tea and coffee. The full English breakfast was stunning and plentiful. Being not far from the centre of Sittingbourne we found a local eatery.
Great location, short walk into town, round the corner from a large Morrison’s & has its own free parking which is a bonus in Sittingbourne. Very spacious compared to other houses we have stayed at in Sittingbourne.
The hotel was excellent, excellent access to the room, lovely bathroom , and comfortable bed, the only thing was the tv didn’t work properly and the picture kept breaking a lot. Couldn’t watch it.
Sittingbourne
Convenient, far more spacious for a family of 5 than a hotel, clean, all necessary utensils etc provided for a family to enjoy the stay, WiFi was fine...plenty of space for parking.
