The beds and breakfast were fantastic . The whole place had a homely but classy feel about it . Very tasteful but not ostentatious. The host was exceptionally helpful and pleasant

The Beaumont is on the A2, 0.7 mi from Sittingbourne Rail Station and town center. It has free WiFi, free parking and a varied breakfast menu. Rooms very clean, breakfast freshly cooked , made very welcome. The rustic look and historical nature of the building appealed to us.

Watercress Barns are located on a former watercress farm in the village of Newington, 19 mi from historic Canterbury, 9.3 mi to Minster Leas beach and close to walks and bike routes. Everything... the scenery. The location Just a fantastic place to stay. Would definitely come back again gor a longer stay.

My wife, son and I stayed here for a night in June 2021. The host, Jane, was lovely. Her house was comfortable and very clean, with a lovely garden/backyard. The location was great for our needs, just about 10 mins drive to Sittingbourne station and about 20-25 minutes to Tankerton beach (Whitstable) and 20 minutes to Elmley Nature Reserve. The house is right next to the Borden Cricket Club entrance. The customised home cooked breakfast was delicious. This B&B is an easy recommendation.
