Staff were lovely, attentive and kind. Common areas were nice. Food was decent - nothing special but breakfast was varied with good food. The hotel feels tired overall - and if a bit of updating were to occur would feel very special.

Lovely stay right in the middle of town with free parking in their car park and breakfast included. Room, service, and breakfast all top notch. It was unseasonably warm and our room was too hot. There were 2 fans in the cupboard so we opened the windows in the room and bathroom, creating a cross breeze. Problem solved by the time we came back from dinner. Would definitely stay again.

    Lovely quiet cottage, warm and welcoming.

    Lovely quiet cottage, warm and welcoming. Easy directions to local places of interest, all of which were new to us and fascinating. Mainly self-catered. Very easy to get around village and nearest town. One of us uses a powered wheelchair and we have a dog who needs regular walks. No problems encountered.
