Breakfast was lovely. Paul seems to really enjoy cooking up a good start to your day and his lady wife and granddaughter were super helpful and pleasant. The diningroom is spectacular! Make sure you check out the plasterwork in the ceiling! We loved our room. It was huge and the bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was massive. Good water pressure in the shower. The view overlooking the garden was great to wake up to. That and Pepsi the big black lab. But the best thing was the location. It was easy access to everything we wanted to see plus. a handy petrol station just up the road. Lots of on-site parking and the entrance is well marked so there's no trouble finding the place in the dark.

We were visiting family and friends in the area, so the hotel worked very well for us. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming, this is our second stay here and would recommend. The breakfasts are very good and hot too.

I was house hunting so didn't see to much of spalding except for a walk round on my last day. I thoroughly recommend Turners fish n chips. It was so tasty with the perfect amount of batter and a very reasonable price.

Great town, walks along river and also a water taxi.

Great town, walks along river and also a water taxi. Good museums. Lots of restaurants which cater for all diets, reasonably priced. Also nice shopping centre, Saturday market, good charity shops. Very easy to get around most places walkable.

We went to Spalding to experience the Flower Parade.

We went to Spalding to experience the Flower Parade. We had a nice spot outside our hotel, and enjoyed the Parade afterwards we walked to the Chain Bridge Forge. The river walk was non-inspiring and there was a lot of black rubbish sacks around awaiting collection and litter along the roads. Sadly, I don't feel the need to visit that area of Spalding

Didn’t go into the town, but Springfields is a great venue… the outlet shops, cafes, garden centre.. and mainly the beautiful gardens, full of tulips at this time of the year. There are streams, trees, shrubs, water features and several themed designer gardens to see. All kept immaculately!

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and a good size. The TV was a decent size and easy to use. The continental breakfast was great. Fresh yoghurt, fruit compot and fruit. Quality tea and coffee. The car park was large and easy to park in. The hotel was easy to get to as it was on the main road into Spalding.

The apartment was very well laid out. We had top floor one, so quite a few steps as each room was on different levels. The staff in the hotel were absolutely lovely, nothing too much trouble. Take a water taxi to the outlet centre at Bourne, very interesting. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Had a lovely stay woodhouse farm lodge breakfast was very nice, staff very helpful, never used the pool so can’t comment. Lovely location as I was attending the Spalding wood turning event which was in easy walking distance.
