Excellent service from start to finish. Check in was not until 4pm, that we stopped by around midday, only to inquire if we could check in, grab a key maybe to the room we were going to be allocated, only because being 10pm latest check in time, we knew we were probably going to be later than this, due to our planned day! We were taken by surprise when we could not only check in but our room was ready for us! We wished we could have made more time to spend in our gorgeous room, big, comfy and very quiet! Breakfast was lovely, we decided on just having porridge, but it was perfect, along with good coffee (,it natters) The host, which I never got names, I believe Paul, we're very accommodating. Definitely be back again, hopefully for one of their murder mystery evenings!

We were visiting family and friends in the area, so the hotel worked very well for us. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming, this is our second stay here and would recommend. The breakfasts are very good and hot too.

I was house hunting so didn't see to much of spalding except for a walk round on my last day. I thoroughly recommend Turners fish n chips. It was so tasty with the perfect amount of batter and a very reasonable price.

Great town, walks along river and also a water taxi.

Great town, walks along river and also a water taxi. Good museums. Lots of restaurants which cater for all diets, reasonably priced. Also nice shopping centre, Saturday market, good charity shops. Very easy to get around most places walkable.

We went to Spalding to experience the Flower Parade.

We went to Spalding to experience the Flower Parade. We had a nice spot outside our hotel, and enjoyed the Parade afterwards we walked to the Chain Bridge Forge. The river walk was non-inspiring and there was a lot of black rubbish sacks around awaiting collection and litter along the roads. Sadly, I don't feel the need to visit that area of Spalding

Didn’t go into the town, but Springfields is a great venue… the outlet shops, cafes, garden centre.. and mainly the beautiful gardens, full of tulips at this time of the year. There are streams, trees, shrubs, water features and several themed designer gardens to see. All kept immaculately!

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean but the bath had a few chips out of it. The restaurant was very good. The carvery meal was very tasty. The staff in both the restaurant and the hotel were very nice and friendly. The restaurant even allowed us to bring a birthday cake in and supplied us with tea plates, knife to cut the cake and spoons. The breakfast was very good too.

Family run hotel with a few rooms and a small bar with food available. Very nice, spacious bedroom (junior suite) overlooking the garden with comfortable reclining arm-chairs. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming making the whole experience very homely. Food was reasonably priced and there was plenty of car parking space.
