A truly great place to stay. The host was lovely and welcoming. The location was well maintained, plenty of parking and peacefully quite. The outside area has a dedicated smoking area and lovely back gardens. The room was spacious and comfortable. It had everything you could want in there, in including new tooth brushes, shampoo, conditioner's, shower gels, tea coffee, hot chocolate, phone charger 'block', TV, mood lighting, flyers, welcome book, day bed, large double bed, beautiful views, breakfast preference's for any pallet, nice hearty full English with a spacious and bright dining rooms. Fresh juices, fruit, cereal, cooked breakfast, yogurts'. No request was too big or small! it was amazing!

The room was beautiful, comfortable bed,the shower & bath amazing. The host Chris was very welcoming and had some very interesting stories to tell us about the property and area. Nothing was too much trouble for Jane in the kitchen a good choice of gluten free , a great breakfast & evening meal of a very high standard. We had a lovely 2 nights stay & would certainly go back. Thankyou Chris & Jane

Spilsby is a small town, it's not stacked with facilities...

Spilsby is a small town, it's not stacked with facilities but we like it there. It's got a supermarkets at each end of the town. A couple of reasonably priced pay and display carparks, not been in any of the pubs, but they all look ok. 2 or 3 charity shops, etc. The town may not be everybody's cup of tea, but we like Spilsby

We didn't go into Spilsby this time as it was a walking weekend. We have been before and it's a lovely little town with character. The countryside is lovely around this area with many good walks.

It was the best B&B where I stayed at it had everything you...

It was the best B&B where I stayed at it had everything you needed the host was fantastic. Nothing was too much for her. She had everything in the room you could think of it was a Home from Home. Most definitely would stay there again Mike and Linda from Eastwood in Nottingham.

We stayed in Partney, close to Spilsby.

We stayed in Partney, close to Spilsby. It was an excellent location for visiting the Wolds, the coast, a National Trust property, and many other places of interest. The village itself has no entertainment but is pretty and a good place for local walks. We ate at the Blacksmith's Arms in Skendleby and at our accommodation. by special request. We would avoid the North Sea Lookout at Chapel Point St. Lawrence. It was extremely busy, hard to park and the organisation for getting food or a drink was chaotic.

Spilsby is an attractive and interesting settlement with...

Spilsby is an attractive and interesting settlement with great history, dating back to before the arrival of the Vikings. It has wonderful views and is part of the Lincolnshire Wolds, an area of outstanding natural beauty. It has notable buildings, such as the theatre, and is the birthplace of an antarctic explorer. Spilsby has character and also a large Sainsbury's.

There is a lovely tea shop in the car park run by very friendly ladies. There are 3 or 4 charity shops. The market is on a Monday. Also some nice clothing shops. Public toilets are a bonus. Free parking for 1 hour.
