Incredibly well situated ! Everything and everyone was nice and helpful! The only small thing is the lift is not available at all time which isn't a big deal for people who can easily walk but I would be cautious if I was travelling with elder people, children or anyone with a walking disability!

Excellent location close to sights and Liverpool Street Station. Breakfast adequate for a good price. Free coffee, very helpful staff. Clean rooms. The stay met our expectations.

Easy access, no need to go around carrying the key. Convenient place to keep your luggage in if arriving earlier or leaving later. Very clean room and smelled wonderfully fresh.

Amazing stay, rooms were nice and huge for London. Huge bathroom as well. Best part is how staff responded when we had to switch our rooms because AC didn't work in ours and we lost a food item in the previous room. Staff emailed after our stay to offer apology when really it's our mistake. Have to say it's great followup.

The hotel smelled lovely on entrance. Staff were lovely. The decor was beautiful - really cosy and felt luxurious.

It was amazing! Great location and VIEWS!!! I wrote an email, asked for something for us, because of our special stay (boyfriends birhtday), and they were so welcoming and nice, and did everything I asked them in thah email. Thank you, we will definetely come back here!

Where to start on this one... I'll say it was a proper 5 star experience. Room was spacious and well lit, with a well stocked minibar, concierge was lovely, but the star of the show was the breakfast which was the best I've had in a hotel in over a decade. The Aviary restaurant has the most lovely view of the City of London and the mix of English and Continental breakfast had us impatient to go and eat in the mornings. Staff was very attentive and friendly too, and cheers to the Italian staff member in the cafe downstairs for making us the first proper coffee we had in 10 days!
