The host refused to let me visitor in because they came late. There was a bad traffic in Manchester due to football match which we have no control over, we pleaded with him and explained the bad traffic, the host was rude and ask us to pay additional £30 which is not fair because because my visitors is only staying there for four house. I had to book another place for them. I want my full refund please

Room and facilities where great and great value

The room was amazing we were on the top floor. Great location for the coop live gigs

Exceptional for the price , extra large bed double bed , Beautiful spacious room , Annex window view from the window was of Manchester iconic skyline , fresh towels and toiletries. Selection of condiments and what you didn't have all you had to do was ask the staff ,both night and Day staff ,polite and friendly., late check out 11am . Staff

Perfect location for a gig at the co op live. Free parking, friendly staff and a nice pub downstairs for drinks and food.

Victor was quite responsive and helpful when needed. Well located Suites too.

It felt safe and as a woman traveling alone that’s very important to me. The bed was comfy and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful. My 11 day stay felt like home from home. The pub next door had an amazing carvery. Full English breakfast was included with room. This will be my go to place when I’m visiting Oldham in the future.

I liked the location because it is close to the local grocery shops and restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a refrigerator. There are scenic walks close by i.e. Levenshulme waterfall.
