Breakfast was very good. We are dinner in the restaurant and service and food exceeded expectations. Parking was easy. Nice place to have dinner and then take a walk around town.
Just off the A9, a short distance from Perth’s town center, the hotel offers free parking, free Wi-Fi, breakfasts and clean, modern rooms.

We choose it for value for money on a last minute trip. The room was clean and fresh. Breakfast was so easy too. Pub next door did really good food for the price.
This hotel is beside the River Tay, a minute from Perth Museum and Horsecross Concert Hall. Rooms are en suite and many have views of the river and the hotel's award-winning gardens.

Room and breakfast were excellent. We were surprised to be sharing the venue with a political party conference, but the protesters outside were polite and entertaining.

Everything! A perfect spot to just stop and breathe! I loved it!
Located in Perth, 2.7 miles from Scone Palace, Grampian Hotel provides accommodations with a restaurant, free private parking and a bar. This 3-star hotel offers free WiFi.
One of the most unique hotels in Perth, in a 15th-century watermill, where you can still watch the water trickling through the original water wheel from the garden, lobby area and Lounge Bar.

Staff friendly and smiley. Liked the original features of the workings of the old mill. Interesting to see the water rushing through - seen from the glass covered holes in the floor at reception! Breakfast was fine. Cereals, fresh melon and pineapple, berries, yoghurts. Cold meats and cheeses, pastries and the usual on the hot buffet. Vegan sausages were available but no "alternative" milks. Good central location with on-site parking.
Located 3 minutes’ walk to Perth Rail and Bus Stations, Parklands Hotel offers modern accommodations with free Wi-Fi, free parking, a bar, 2 restaurants, and a garden with an outdoor seating area.

From our first interaction with the staff, to the last, everything was perfect. The room and bathroom was very large. It was clean and decorated beautifully.

The hotel is in a beautiful location, right beside the river and surrounded by woodland..........but very isolated
Great if you're traveling on, but remote if you want to spend a few days in Perthshire.
That being said, I would go back.
Main house is very grand, staff very nice and lounge is very comfy
Good, really good breakfast.
Dinner, although not taken, seemed a bit pricey

The room smelled very strange.
The room smelled very strange. There was a whoppingly large beetle wandering about in the bed.
The staff were pleasant, but frankly, I wasn't happy here. I was sent to the bar to order my food and to have it at a table there. This was quite one of the most unpleasant experiences. There were only men in the bar, and silence dropped bang as soon as I walked in, all seats were taken. I was the only woman in the room.
The barman asked me to wait to put in my order although I was the only person standing at the bar at that time. I waited, and waited, and then walked out, said to the admin staff that I would prefer not to eat at all and that I was not prepared to be put through the situation at the bar that clearly was uncomfortable for everyone.
The staff then found me a place in the lounge to order some light supper. The food was excellent. But frankly, this whole situation was like something out of a zoo several generations back.
And no, I would never go back.

noisy boiler flue attached to front of building, first room offered rejected as insufficient light and too noisy. On a positive note staff happily moved us to quiet accommodation in the riverside block which have good rooms, balcony overlooking the river and lovely view. Another positive was the evening meal which was superb, well cooked and presented, breakfast was a buffet which is not our preference.

We unfortunately stayed only one night at Ballathie House, but we will never forget this short stay. Our expectations were exceeded in every respect, most notably the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the exceptionally good and superb food.
The setting of the hotel and the landscape are just wonderful, there are beautiful forests and nature parks nearby.

The food and service was 1st class but unfortunately the room we had was next to the main extractor fan for the kitchen.
This fan was left on all night and we had little sleep.
We mentioned this to reception. Reply was they need more complaints to have
Management do something.
This was not a good enough response. There is no reason to have fan on all night disturbing guests. I would like to know a change will occur before considering a stay over again. Don't accept room 17.

Beautiful old character hotel located in the countryside on lovely grounds. Large, clean and very comfortable rooms that are well decorated. Beautiful bar and lounge area with great service. Staff were lovely and helpful. Would recommend and only wish we could have stayed longer. Loved it!
Food cooked to order, an hotel with character and friendly staff and owner. Who were very helpful and polite at all times. We stopped at the tayside for one night on the way to Inverness. Ideal location, and comfortable clean room
Excellent location in private grounds with walks from the hotel, dog friendly and a breakfast to keep you going for hours. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.
The room was had was away from the hotel. Very comfortable and met our needs. Breakfast was good. We sat outside the resturant as we had a dog but we accept that.
