Staying here for second time. And would definitely come again. Peaceful, clean, great breakfast, frequent shuttle bus makes it convenient to go out and back at any time...just perfect.

Hotel is 5 minutes walk from the airport. Rooms are specious, clean and have all you need. Breakfast is excellent and staff is great. Even though you are at the airport the sound isolation is excellent so you will not be disturbed by planes. Bus/train to the city are only 3 minutes walk. Bar and the restaurant at the hotel are highly recommended.

Well i liked everything specially the customer service if Gotham have batman Great Hallingbury manor have William literally fix everything .if there is two Williams in the world we will be using flying cars .perfect experience

Room was what I would expect for the price I paid, just needed a room to get my head down after my event, breakfast was good and checkout/in was with no fuss reception was very helpful not noisy even thou the hotel was at the service station.

The experience was very nice unfortunately there are working in progress on the road in the night with the bus it was a bit difficult but the service and the room and the higyne was spectacular very happy

Our stay at The Gem Hotel and Restaurant in Stansted Mountfitchet was excellent from start to finish. Patrick, Sadie, Charlotte, Trinity, and Frank were exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout our visit. The food was outstanding, beautifully prepared and full of flavour, making every meal a pleasure. The hotel itself is tastefully decorated, combining elegance with comfort. Our room was beautifully appointed, immaculately maintained, and clearly furnished with great care and attention to detail. Its location is ideal for travellers, being conveniently close to Stansted Airport while still enjoying the charm and tranquillity of the surrounding area. The setting is equally delightful, with a lovely dining room and a beautiful outdoor garden terrace that provides the perfect place to relax and unwind. We would highly recommend The Gem to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality, wonderful food, and a comfortable stay near Stansted.

Pleasant and accommodating with a last minute reservation. Had heavy bags they didn't hesitate to help me with. Gave me helpful suggestions/recommendations to help me navigate getting currency exchanged. Even though I was too tired to participate, there was also a trivia night going on! Food was tasty as well.

The room was cozy, but most certainly the staff was just incredible! Super homely treatment by everyone, and would highly recommend this place!
