The hotel is situated at a nice location. Our room was spacious with a big bathroom. Very pleasant. The building is old and has character (Mind your head :-)). Breakfast was very good. Dinner can be served inside or outside at wish. The swimming pool has a nice lawn at one side and is somewhat hidden from view, which is nice. We enjoyed our stay very much. Best hotel on our journey.

Very quiet, beautiful garden, fantastic food in the restaurant/pub. Special atmosphere in the old manor. good service from friendly people. Enjoyed the pool. Busstop right at the corner. Loved to stay there and hopefully be able to come back for a longer stay.

The property had a lot of character, pool and gardens were very nice

We had an amazing stay at the Duke Hotel in Guernsey and really enjoyed our time there. The room was very comfortable, and the bed was absolutely amazing — exactly what we needed after long days travelling and exploring! We were also really impressed that the hotel had arranged two cots for our children. Having everything ready for them when we arrived made travelling as a family so much easier and was very much appreciated. The cherry on top was definitely having both a restaurant downstairs and the option of room service. On our first night, we actually had a reservation at the restaurant, but after travelling we were exhausted and ended up having a nap. By the time we woke up, we were simply too tired to get everyone ready and go downstairs, so we asked if we could have room service instead. It was perfect! We were able to enjoy our dinner comfortably in our room while the children could settle, and the food was absolutely delicious. It turned what could have been a very tiring evening into such a relaxing one. We also received wonderful service from the hotel staff throughout our stay. A lovely surprise for us was meeting several members of staff who were from Mauritius. They were incredibly welcoming, friendly and attentive, and the great service we received from them made our stay feel even more special. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. From the comfortable room and thoughtful arrangements for the children to the fantastic service, room service and delicious food, everything came together to make this a really memorable stay. We would very happily return!

I had the benefit of a free upgrade which made the whole experience exceptional. However, that aside, this is a very well presented hotel with friendly staff, a great view from bedrooms, dining room and terrace, and a short walk to the harbour and town.

Great staff and hotel, stayed for my wedding in guernsey last year and returned this year with our guests, The staff were lovely, even though we were in a group and not the quietist, they go out of there way. rooms are nice and clean and pool is great.

Very clean (cleaned all areas daily), confy bed, exceptionally outstanding personal, nice breakfast, so close to the sea.

Un pur moment de bonheur...What to say? The facilities and the place are quite fabulous. The staff was exceptionnal, very helpfull, kind, happy, friendly. Special mention for the breakfast, it was perfect. We come back for sure. Prefer an upper floor for the room (we were in the ground floor in front off the parking), but doesn't mind, everything was perfect :). Thank you again to the staff

Amazing place to spend your holidays on Guernsey. An enchanting lush interior with extremely friendly staff. Equipped with a beautiful garden, you can enjoy your very tasty meals outside. The kitchen is very good and the cream tea was fantastic. Several options for drinks round up a day of excursions marvelously.

everything actually. Location half an hours walk to the beach, close to tiwn, quuet surroundings. Very frumuendly and helpful personnel who made us feel more than at home. Comfirtable room, good beds
