Loved the location! Our room overlooked the beach, and it was lovely to hear the sea. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The hotel had a lovely, relaxed atmosphere.

Lovely hotel the room was exceptional room 9 huge room amazing views and super comfortable bed. Steve and team were brilliant hosts. Amazing breakfast too.

We were greeted by the Hotels owners Des and Linda, who were extremely welcoming on our arrival. The hotel itself including our room was spotless. It is located in a perfect position near to the beach, the old town and shopping centre within easy walking distance. The dining area was in my opinion laid out immaculately and you could clearly see that the owners take pride in their hotel. There was a multitude options for breakfast but we stuck with the Full English and it was lovely. I would certainly recommend it. As we were there in the first start of January, it was extremely cold outside, but our room was extremely hot, in fact I had to turn the radiator down. The bed was one of the comfiest I have laid on. During our short stay we chatted quite a bit with Des and Linda, and enjoyed their company. I can genuinely say that this is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at and certainly one of the friendliest. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again if we returned to the IOW. The staff are fantastic, friendly and helpful. I arrived a week early by mistake, but it was not a problem and a nice room was found for me. The room was immaculately clean with a big window that opened. It was cool and fresh. I was very hungry in the morning as I didn't eat the night before, so I was given a Weetabix pre-breakfast. The location is perfect between the town and the cliff walk. I would definitely go back.

Food and service was very good. I liked the bar room, I didn't use it, but it looked as a room that I would like to spent an evening in, if I wasn't there with small children.

Great location, just a short walk from the railway and bus station as well as the lift to the beach.

Convenient location for the village and the chine, and the road was quiet.

Location on the second high cliff line, on site car park, amazing view over the garden and the coastal path on to the see, quite sumptuous and varied breakfast, cozy entrance and breakfast terrace with a bar (love the Sherlock Holmes style arm chairs there!), a mini library on the first floor by the staircase, very clean room

Great choice for breakfast, bed super, fresh towels daily. The host's are excellent.

The hotel was really good, nice location to the beach etc. Bill was a great host, couldn’t do enough for his guests. The breakfast was great along with the hospitality, will go back again and would recommend the hotel to others.

This would be the nicest hotel we've stayed in in many years and many hotels. The room was a good size, well ventilated and nicely decorated. The staff were very kind and ever so helpful. The location was wonderful and breakfast had everything a person could want.
