The staff are all so friendly and pleasant; that includes reception to the waiting staff at breakfast. 😁
Our breakfast was great. Plenty of choice and enjoyed my coffee too.
Lovely towels and the room was warm and cozy.

This was an incredible amount of space for the price. Perfect for traveling with our adult child. And the location was very nice with a handful of pubs and restaurants a very short walk away.

Ioved the location and it had doors in the back and front of the building—Could choose to walk along the water or in more of the city for the beginning of the walk.
The beds were incredible and I wish I could’ve slept on these beds my entire vacation. The staff was professional and courteous. They even helped store our luggage so we could take an afternoon tour, check out and then get or luggage to the train. The water was hot, and the pressure was great. The towels and bedsheets were of quality and everything was clean. I loved the smell of their soap options. If I come back, I’m staying here again. I didn’t get the breakfast option, but I’m sure it would’ve been amazing. The room seemed more spacious than other places I stayed. There were enough electrical outlets, hairdryer, coffee, and tea options with a biscuit. I think they might even have laundry? There’s even a refrigerator in the room! Loved it!!
This 4-star hotel looks out over the River Tyne and the Quayside to Newcastle city center. It has modern, air-conditioned rooms and a health club with gym and indoor pool.

Easy to pick my room via the app and use my phone as the room key. No checkin problems all via the app.
Staff/breakfast fantastic.
Room poorly furnished, very dated & rusty/cracked bathroom fittings,no bathroom heating.
Good free parking available, but only 2 disabled spaces.
The disabled room (no.29)was 14 room lengths away down a corridor from the disabled parking space making carrying luggage very difficult.& return visits to car very tiring.
Avoid room take away evening meals, enjoy great comprehensive inclusive breakfast.

I was very pleased with the price of accommodation considering the majority of other accommodation in the area far exceeds what I wished to pay. All the other accommodation properties increased their prices due to being high season.

We had a large accessible room with plenty of room for my wheelchair in the bedroom and bathroom. Could have used a second comfy chair as hubby wasn't comfy on the office chair. Those are my only gripes! Hotel was very clean, staff very helpful, polite and welcoming. Large choice at breakfast, I can't imagine anyone not finding something that they liked. I was even cooked some croissants as they'd run out ( thank you Tracy and Cheryl!). Would happily return. There was loads of pubs, takeaways and restaurants in the area so we didn't use the restaurant in the evening.

Really helpful staff. We were able to get a meal even though we were late arriving and my grandson’s AirPods, which he left in the room had been kept in a safe so we were able to collect them nearly a week later. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel is in a convenient location when travelling.
