Holiday Inn London Watford Junction has a central location just 2 minutes’ walk from Watford Junction Railway Station and 10 minute's walk from the town center. Good breakfast and facilities. Nice lobby experience. Great location with taxis lined up just in front and few metres to the junction.
Watford's only town-house hotel offers professional and friendly service, with a 24-hour front desk, limited car parking and WiFi, within a 15-minute drive from Harry Potter Studios. Great friendly staff and warm welcome
Located 18 miles from central London, Hilton Watford offers a gym and free parking. The M1 is a 3-minute drive away, and central Watford can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car. Staff very friendly high end appointment, good location
On Clarendon Road, in the center of Watford, this Jurys Inn is 5 minutes’ walk from Watford Junction Railway Station. The hotel has a 24-hour reception, a bar and restaurant. We stayed in freshly renovated room. The beds were very comfy and all the room furniture was brand new. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful. We will recommend it to anyone especially people traveling with kids as our room has a double and a single bed which made our night so much better than having to have one of us sleep on an extra/foldable bed or sofa bed. Well done Jurys Inn Watford
Just 20 minutes from Central London by train, this hotel just off the A412 has close connections to the M25 and M1 and is 2 minutes from Watford Junction Train Station. Great to be able to open the doors between rooms shared with family.
Premier Inn Watford Central is within easy reach of the M1 and walking distance from Watford town center and Watford High Street Train Station, for access to London in 15 minutes. It was clean, the staff was super friendly (all of them), breakfast was fantastic and the one time we had dinner at the hotel, the food was delicious!

Watford has a good selection of pubs and restaurants in the center, it also has a wide variety of shops. There was a lot of construction work under way when we were there so there was some disruption. Like a lot of towns there was a number of empty shops in the center which detracted from the overall appearance.
Staff friendly and professional. Decor was very relaxing. Extremely clean on a whole from lobby to family room and enough towels for a family. Busy road but very quiet. Close to our family party venue. Local taxi firm on going to our party went to wrong hotel ( Watford inn express) taxi on way back brought us back to Watford inn express. And than on to junction.
It's kind of hard to find things, like the shopping center or the local park, as they are kind of tucked away without great signage. However once you do find your way around, you're set. The shopping center is full of a variety is stores and it is close to some lovely restaurants. Watford also has it's own train station, and a direct bus to Warner Brother studio's if you plan on visiting.
Always happy to visit Watford with my family for few days. Having previously lived there we know all the things we can and like to do but as the city is now going through a great deal of updates there are always new things to discover. It's a very nice place with a well thought out high street, with most of the popular shopping and restaurants
Cassiobury park is a lovely green oasis. Very large shopping centre. Big choice of eating places. I prefer not to go to Watford unless I have to because at the moment they are building a massive shopping centre slap bang in the middle of town and it is extremely crowded. The traditional market has been squashed into a corner in storage containers.
Watford is a great little city. Ideal for families with small kids. Plenty of outdoor activities and spaces. Restaurants and hotels as well as ample shopping all available within city center and close walk from hotels such as Jurys Inns. Also in proximity to train station with direct access to London Euston, good access to Luton and Heathrow airports.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, everywhere was spotless, breakfast was lovely with lots to choose from. For such a busy hotel with lots of guests staying, there was no noise at night which was good. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel, only a 2 minute drive to watford junction so it was helpful for us to travel to central London.

Not a bad hotel a bit tired, but useful as its only about 30mins from Heathrow (without traffic). Staff are by far and away the best thing about the hotel.

The hosts were so lovely and welcoming, they weren't intrusive and did as much as they could to make sure our stay was comfortable. The accomodation was beautiful, especially the bathroom. It was obvious that the bedroom/ bathroom area was newly renovated. Not only that but we had a fridge in our bedroom which allowed us to store lunch. The garden is huge and the hosts said that we could use the BBQ if we desired which was very lovely of them. The area is nice and quiet, we returned late at night and the area was still quiet and safe.
