Located in Micheldever in the Hampshire region, Self Contained - Mulberry Barn has a terrace. Spacious light property with good kitchen and equipment. I used both the dishwasher and washing machine regularly and they worked well. Basically I lived in the barn just as I do do at home. All cleaning equipment was easy to find so keeping everything clean and tidy was easy. Beds were very comfortable (Hypnos mattresses) and the lighting in the downstairs room excellent for reading. Parking was right beside the building and there was a little garden outsdie with table and chairs.

Close to Bombay Sapphire Distillery if you are visiting for the tour.

On the highway M3 Southbound Services between junctions (exits) 8 and 9, Days Inn Winchester has free parking and a 24-hour front desk. Clean. Comfortable bed. Good value.

Located just 12 minutes' drive north of Winchester, Bull Farm Studios offers self-catering accommodations with free WiFi and free on-site parking for one car per apartment. We liked the peace and tranquility of the rural location plus the pub and farm shop being within walking distance.

The Plow Itchen Abbas is a charming property with a riverside village setting, just 15 minutes’ drive from Winchester. This beautiful inn features a restaurant and bar. This is a great pub to stay in and is easy to find. We had a large room with balcony and all the usual things like tea, coffee etc. A bonus was SKY TV. We had an evening meal in the pub restaurant which had a good selection of pub meals. these were good quality and well presented. Breakfast was excellent and so was the coffee.

Wheatsheaf Basingstoke by Good Night Inns is set just off the A303, about 6.8 mi southwest of Basingstoke, with good links to the M3. The property was great value for money. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Food at the pub delicious and good value for money. Loved it all!
