The staff were so friendly and helpful (we were exhausted!). The food at the bar was delicious and the atmosphere was so cosy. I would recommend this to anyone.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and well equipped, the staff were really friendly and helpful. It was convenient, it was less than 5 minutes off junction 14 of the M5. We would definitely stay there again. It is also dog friendly.
