If you are going to Salisbury, try staying in Wilton at the Pembrooke Arms. It is an easy bus ride from the Salisbury train station, and the Inn is just wonderful. The folks there could not have been more pleasant and accommodating; the food was great and Wilton is a nice town. A real treat. We stayed on two separate occasions and both stays were really nice.
