This is a newly renovated, well designed guest house, built to match traditional style. The friendly owner does much of the great work himself and is now working on some cottages. We loved being right on the canyon, and could see a variety of raptors and song birds. Food was great--especially the abundant vegetables, home grown organically. We shall certainly return should we come through this wonderful part of Georgia again.

We like this cottage a lot. It is nice and clean. You get everything you need. Owner is very responsive and friendly. Cottage has very nice yard where you can enjoy calmness. Highly recommend this place if you want to breath fresh air and spend some time in quit place.

My one-day stay at Kass Land Resort was truly a pleasant experience from start to finish. The journey itself, driving a rented car through breathtaking scenery on the way to the resort, set the tone for a beautiful day ahead. The resort is perfectly located, surrounded by stunning natural views. I stayed in a well-appointed room with a small balcony overlooking the Diamond Bridge, which added a touch of magic to the stay. The lobby was tastefully furnished, reflecting excellent quality and design. There were plenty of activities to enjoy — walking across the Diamond Bridge to the canyon area, trying the cable bike for a burst of adrenaline, and exploring the nearby go-kart track. Although the water activities were closed due to the season, the available options were more than enough to make the day exciting. The resort complex also includes an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room, all very clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh choices — so many that it was hard to decide what to try first! I also had the Khachapuri at the Diamond Restaurant, which was unforgettable. If there’s one point for improvement, it would be the reception staff, who could benefit from more professionalism and better English communication skills. Overall, it was an excellent experience — a perfect blend of adventure, comfort, and relaxation. I would definitely recommend Kass Land Resort for anyone visiting Georgia.
