Everything about this place was just great. It has a warm atmosphere, created by the kind hostess. The crackling fire in the woodstove, homecooked meals, the view, the location on the trail (good for Lagem pass), cosy livingroom to meet other travellers, comfy beds, hot shower. The best place to stay in Ushguli! If you are visiting Ushguli, look no further than Guesthouse "Stumari". Simon and Eto are amazing hosts who made me feel like family. I stayed for one night, and waking up in the morning to the most spectacular, breathtaking views of Lamaria Church and Mount Shkhara from my room was an absolute dream. The guesthouse also features a wonderful restaurant on the first floor with very delicious meals. Thank you, Simon and Eto, for going above and beyond to make my short stay so special! I will definitely return.

Everything was really nice! Its a bit outside of the village on the way to the next town on the ushguli hike, which gives a great view of Adishi and the surrounding area. The food was 10+, we had some of the best food we had in Georgia, which is great after a long day of hiking. Also a really comfy bed with private bathroom! Furthermore, Lana also helped us get transportation back to Mestia when we couldn't finish our hike. All in all. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone for the comfort, hospitality, food and great views.
