If I could give 100 rating, I would. Absolutely magical, beautiful hotel with amazing service. Hosts welcomed us so nicely, made us feel like home! Hotel itself is exceptional, providing everything needed for great stay and even more. They have amaIng restaurant and also museum nearby! Beat Location in Mestia, has beautiful views from any point of hotel area. And It’s very close to the heart of Mestia, you can walk there very easily. Absolutely coming back not just once but several times, and it’s so far the best place in Georgia we managed to stay in 2 weeks (we visited loads of hotels and areas).

The hotel is really good. Staff is nice and friendly. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast, restaurant meals and room service are excellent. We really enjoyed the tours managed by the hotel. Special thanks to Tedo for management and Beco for excellent driving and help in mountains. We stayed here previously and will definitely stay again.

Might not be the best hotel in Mestia, and is a bit far away from the bus station. But the owner is willing to pickup and drop off, and the other staffs are amazing, specially the lady who made us breakfast, so warm and kind. And the quietness is worth it, specially after the four days trek,

Loved every moment here and feeling like part of the family - and true to Georgian hospitality, super friendly and generous. The food in the restaurant is a Must try - had a pretty good variety of dishes and every single one was a winner. Thanks to everyone in Shara for making this such a special stay!

Wonderful hotel in a beautiful location. We arrived very early - room was ready so we were able to check in straight away and we were even offered a free breakfast. Excellent service. Highly recommend this hotel, shame we only stayed one night.

It's a comfortable hotel with a spectacular view of the mountains and svan towers. Room was big, clean and warm. I enjoyed staying there.

The hotel is new, all nice and clean. The location is perfect. It is not in the city centre, so it is calm and offers a great view. Staff is very welcoming and responsive. Breakfast was great. Overall, highly recommended to stay here if you are going to Mestia

The hotel is very well located, less than a 5 minute walk from the city center and with a parking right in front. The building is quite charming, with an old chalet feel in some parts and a large courtyard that overlooks the lovely stone towers and the mountains. The room was spatious and clean and the staff was very nice as well.

Lots of nice common areas and balconies to relax. Washing machine available for use and very kind staff. Located a bit further away but a nice walk and you get a beautiful view of Mestia and the towers, especially when they are lit up at night.

The hotel is fabulous! Spotlessly clean, with very friendly and helpful staff – especially Lasha, who gave us great recommendations around Mestia. Thanks to him, we took an alternative route back to Kutaisi, directly from Ushguli – a very beautiful road that not many take. There's an elevator in the hotel and a rooftop terrace with great views. Breakfast was delicious, with something different every day – fresh and generous. The location is about a 10–15-minute walk from the center – close enough, yet still quiet. The room was very cozy and clean, with comfortable beds, a kettle for tea/coffee, and a nice balcony. We spent 2 nights there and wanted to add another night, but unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked. I warmly recommend staying there! ❤️

Nice large room with large bed. Lovely hosts & excellent breakfast.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, the hostess even waited for us during a very late check-in. Breakfast was tasty, and the location is excellent – nice view, large private parking, and just a short walk to Mestia center. The room was warm and cozy in autumn, and we enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and fireplace in the lounge.
