The hotel was in a great location. Nice and modern and the best bed I slept in while in Georgia. The air con and WiFi were great. Staff were great. There is outdoor areas to sit which are chill. The towns electricity went down and we couldn’t get food so the staff helped us order pizza and burgers and got it delivered to the hotel. Breakfast was the best we had in Georgia.

I liked everything. Starting from the welcoming staff who were truly amazing, till the room, balciny, cleanliness of the room. Breakfast has varieties of choice. Pastry is a different story. The quality of the sanitary, towels, toiletries. The view from the balcony is lifesaving after long walk. The hotel is greatly situated. Just frw minutes walk from the central park and main street. I specially thank the staff for their hospitality. We had a nice bottle of welcome wine. So if you still think which hotel to chokse, this hotel will be a great choice. Go for it. Ah i forgot the hotel has a beautifull terrace on the top floow with an amazing view where u can chill after a long walking.

This was our third time staying at this wonderful hotel in Borjomi, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. One of the true highlights is the beautiful terrace — the view is absolutely breathtaking and creates the perfect setting for a peaceful morning coffee or a relaxing evening. We keep coming back for a reason, and we’ll definitely be returning again. Highly recommended!

The rooms were really spacious and had a beautiful mountain view. I would especially like to mention the kindness of the management — they were truly helpful and friendly. They assisted us with one of our issues, and we’re very grateful for their support. Really nice people! The food was also tasty and added to the great experience.
