First of all Boris is a super host, welcoming and entertaining and enthusiastic about his place! We've walked around the area of beautiful vineyard, stunning views like nowhere else. There is a shared kitchen for everyone's use, with all the utensils, 2 terraces to enjoy the view. Rooms were surprisingly huge, clean and comfortable for a guesthouse, and shared bathrooms on each floor. A lovely and peaceful place with a beautiful garden. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. It's been a while since I've been surrounded by such warmth and hospitality in Georgia; I truly felt at home. And the food... I've never had anything like it in Georgia, everything is made from home-grown vegetables, milk, and meat. I even played basketball with the elderly owner, Koba, at night. Thank you!

This is an exceptional place. The scenery and view is amazing. The cottage we stayed in was lovely and clean and most importantly had great air conditioning which was nice in summer when it was nearly 40 degrees outside. The host of this property is such a great person. So warm and welcoming and had great advice about the local area like rafting and nature walks. He was so friendly to our family and our little puppy too. :)
