À large, attractive, clean and comfortable studio cottage in the garden of the owners’ house. The owners, who were very friendly, cooked us a lovely meal at a reasonable price, washed down with their own wine.

Our stay at Villa Rokiti was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect—peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet close enough to Kutaisi for easy trips to the city. The villa itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was the stunning view of the river from terrace. Waking up to the sound of nature and enjoying our morning coffee in such a serene setting was truly unforgettable. The outdoor area with a fireplace was a wonderful touch, perfect for relaxing evenings. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. They even helped us with recommendations for local attractions and made our stay extra special. If you’re looking for a tranquil retreat with breathtaking scenery and warm hospitality, Villa Rokiti is the perfect choice. We can’t wait to come back!
