The house is very cozy, clean and comfortable. Everything in the house is of high quality. The location is fantastic, it is a 2 minute walk from Tsinandli estate and Radisson Hotel. From the yard there is a view of the Caucasus Mountains The host is very attentive. I recommend it and will definitely visit again

What sweet little spot with the sweetest hosts💕The apartment packs a lot in, it’s clean, comfy, quiet with a lovely view of the mountains from the spacious terrace. The backyard orchard was is full bounty mode & the hosts kept nonstop fruit plates headed our way. Well-equipped, the Wi-Fi is good, water is hot and parking is either in their drive or on street. Located across the street from a lovely park. Totally recommend.
