Hotels near Ushkhvanari

Breakfast very good and we were given some food and hot drink in the evening. Fantastic views when the clouds clear. Hospitable family (and dog). We had twin room on floor +1 with breakfast in shared area on ground floor. Looked like 2 twins and a triple on +1 and a double on +3 with spiral staircase. Double downstairs. Modern building in grounds of family home. Bathroom was good , wet room style, plenty hot water. No air conditioning but nice temperature with natural ventilation and mountain air.

A perfect retreat in the heart of the mountains! The location is breathtaking, with views of Ushba and the soothing sound of the nearby river. The cottages are cozy, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host Spartak goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, offering local delicacies and assisting with any requests. Whether you’re relaxing by the firepit or exploring the nearby hiking trails, this place offers an unforgettable experience ❤️

The setting and cuisine were exceptional, complemented by excellent facilities. Khatuna is a remarkably talented cook, and I highly recommend visiting this place.

Richard is an excellent host being very helpful. The dinner and breakfast were exceptional.

Great cozy warm hotel with a beautiful view. Good breakfast in the restaurant with delicious food. Helpful hosts.

Probably best place to stay in Mestia if you are looking for some more comfort. Rooms are spacious, clean and with beautiful views from the balcony. Beds are very comfortable.

It was a beautiful place with the extraprdinary people. The hotel was a beautiful ,ceanliness, peace, beauty, staff attentive. Especially manager Iovel. 🧡

The location is in the heart of Mestia. Breakfast was homemade and delicious. The hostess herself prepared our breakfast. Neat, clean and perfect.

The receptionist was very professional and surprised us with a bottle of red wine for my birthday. It was truly unforgettable.

The rooms have wooden beds and bathrooms. Each room has a balcony. The hosts helped with everything. We checked in late and had no problems. It has a beautiful view and a perfect location. This is definitely a house to stay in when you go to this region. Breakfast and dinner facilities are available at very affordable prices.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gold Tower Hotel. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hosts are able to speak English to an extent which made it easier for us who don't speak Georgian. It was a great bonus to have a refrigerator in the room. The breakfast was delicious and a perfect start to each day. The hosts truly went above and beyond for us. They kindly arranged a shuttle to the airport, and when our flight was unexpectedly cancelled, the driver even called the bus station on our behalf. He helped us book two bus tickets and brought us back to the hotel, where the hosts welcomed us with coffee while we waited. The bus then picked us up directly from the hotel, which made everything so much easier during a stressful situation. The location is excellent — close to the town centre and very convenient. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Latour Mestia is a pleasant and warm place to stay. The boss and his family, especially the grandmother, were kind and breakfast was very good. Through this visit to Mestia, my wife and I had a good memory.

This is a very good value hotel, which is primarily used for tour groups. The hotel is only ten minutes walk from the centre. We had a room on the third floor overlooking the mountains which was very good. The room is a good size and the twin beds were surprisingly, extremely comfortable. Simple breakfast but adequate. WiFi in our room was very weak, however in the reception area there is a strong signal. Outside the front of the hotel in the garden, there is a very good covered terrace area with plenty tables and chairs. The manager was very pleasant and helpful with any requests. Overall great value.

Very nice hosts and owners, we enjoyed Georgian traditions. Great location Nice kitchen and rooms, good for working remotely
