What a wonderful hidden escape. Nancy and Abu are lovely hosts making you feel welcome from the first minute. There is a lovely well kept tropical garden with hammocks, a rooftop terrace for use by the guests, the rooms are spacious and clean and the mattresses are high quality hard mattresses. They also have a small restaurant that serves a small number of fresh and well-prepared breakfast options and vegetarian dishes at reasonable prices. Drinks are also available. The laughing goat looks like it's at the edge of town, but it's literally a 2 minute walk away from the main Street with all the bars and restaurants, and a five minute walk from the beach, yet it is in a calm area of town so that you're just far enough away from the bars not to be disturbed by the music at night.

Great value for money. Good location. The price i was paying at the end was a bit different than the price in booking.com And they didnt know if they charged me via booking or not. Apart from this, it was a nice place.

The Afro Beach Eco Resort is on a stunning beach walking distance to a fishing village and nearby Busua beach. It is quiet and peaceful, but the staff are always nearby to help. The food was outstanding and the guided hike to Busre and Busua was one of the highlights of our whole trip to Ghana. There are also a few bars along the beach. The resort is a long way from the main road and feels very remote, but once you are at the beach it is a little slice of heaven, just like one of the other reviewers agreed. The rooms are comfortable and although they feel very hot and stuffy when you first get in, the fan is powerful and made sleeping very comfortable.

We loved the quiet beach, the smoothies and breakfast. The beach hut was a great chill spot during the day. We had a spacious room with mosquito nets and very comfortable beds. Ellis was also a beautiful soul, hilarious and welcoming!
