Everything about Jabali apartment was excellent from start to finish, the staff were always there to help if needed very respectful, one review from a previous tourist stated that Benson was a problem, I can reassure he is not there now cos I was a little taken back, the apartment and the area is very safe. The beach close by perfect very clean it was nice mixing with local people instead of tourists brilliant. Will never stay at a hotel again now I found this little Gem everything you need home from home PERFECT

The Staff were very friendly and polite, they helped when requested and assisted with any issues I had. My flight was late and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I checked in safely on my first night. From then on they made sure i was in good hands arranging taxis for me and assisting me find locations I needed to get too. I would definitely recommend visiting this hotel if its your first time visiting Gambia as the location is ideal

I liked tje size of the rooms ,it was clean,the location is great,staff was nice .I had one incident with with one of the cleaners whom I gave my clothes zo wash ,I forgot $50.in my pocket ( no doubt about it) I made a complaint to management about it,the girl who washed the clothes said "she searched the pockets before washing but didn't see any $ " Was a case of my words against hers.Was super upset about the dishonesty .

Great value for your money. Located in the heart of Senegambia (where most of the fun happens in and around Serrekunda), the hotel offers a very authentic settings. As the name suggests, you will be charmed by the bamboo deco they have and the african style they reflect on their rooms. I was there for New Year and they have very nice programs. It is also at a walking distance of the beach, which is also something good.

For the price we paid, we could not have expected more than what we received. Unfortunately, the hotel pool was not available, due to work, but this did not present much of a problem for us. The location was excellent and a short walk to all amenities. Breakfast was the same each day but again, it was excellent for the price paid.

I’ve been to The Gambia before and Kololi Beach Resort is by far the best place I have stayed. Every member of the team were very friendly and helpful. The cleaning of the rooms was impeccable.

Great pool. We enjoyed the swimming everyday. Bedroom and shower were comfortable. Also, the staff were very helpful in making us feel welcome.

Location is good very clean quiet not too busy full of people quaint hotel value for money have stayed here a few times

It looked beautiful, just like the pictures. The rooms were nice, I liked how the space was used in the hotel.
