Yanna the hostess is incredibly kind and helpful. A lovely person. The hotel is perfectly situated - in the village and very close to the beach. The room was spotless and the beds very comfortable. It’s a modest, but well maintained hotel. The breakfast that is included in the price is an unbelievable feast. Myrtos is going to be a repeat offender ;-)

Perfect location right on the beach, close to shops, bars and restaurants and easy to walk to the harbour where we caught our Chrissi Island tour. We made our booking the night before, as were already travelling in the area, and found it to be by far the best value for money—which was definitely confirmed during our stay. Upon arriving very early in the morning, many hours before check-in opened, we were greeted by a smiling and welcoming Maria, who let us leave our bags at reception until we got back. We didn't get to stay very long in the room but found it very well-appointed with a confortable bed. It was also quieter than expected given the location on a busy road. In the morning we were happily surprised by an abundant and delicious breakfast buffet in the downstairs restaurant (again, value for money!), which is just by the beach boardwalk on the other side of the building.

Wow! That was exactly what we were looking for to mix up our winter vacation in Crete. It’s a remote village but only 20min from the cute seaside town of Myrtos. With gorgeous views of the mountains and sea and a big comfy hotel room with a jacuzzi tub and a taverna with absolutely delicious homemade food, what more could you want? Amazing breakfast included…everything is made from scratch including their own wine and olive oil. This hidden gem is frequented by the locals for mama’s home cooking. Great hiking in the area too…recommend the Selakano loop trail and tea after at Stella’s cafe. Thank you so much for a beautiful 3 night stay! Everyone was so friendly. They even gave us a gift of their olive oil when we left. We will stay there again when we come back to this part of Crete! Highly recommend if toy want quiet nature, local feel, 5 star food and service, and a taste of the real Crete!

We like peace and tranquillity so we liked that.

We like peace and tranquillity so we liked that. The property was tastefully restored. There is only one Taverna within walking distance. The food was good and not expensive. Lerapetra was 25 mins drive. There were lovely restaurants there, again affordable. We travelled to the beach at Mirtos where there were very nice restaurants. It was approximately 30 mins from Anatoli.

Well what can I say , what a wonderful place accommodation...

Well what can I say , what a wonderful place accommodation is superb ,and was more than we expected everything you could want was there, local people were so friendly on our last night sat at a taverna with the locals , Anatoli is an old village with a magical atmosphere

Anatoli is a beautiful mountain village.

Anatoli is a beautiful mountain village. You really imagine yourself in the old crete, it gives a magical feeling walking through the narrow streets and ruins. Beautiful views. In short, for those who want to discover the real Crete peace and quite, this traditional village is an absolute must.
