Everything was perfect. The property has only been opened since September 2023 and is spotless. Beautiful sea views, great swimming pool. The owner was there waiting for us to arrive and the young man was very polite and helpful. Exceptional stay. Thank you.

We loved the room and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean and so spacious. It had everything we needed. My partner liked the fridge in particular cos delicious snacks kept appearing in the fridge. The view of the sea and mountains was great. It was also very quiet at night. The communication with the host was easy.

Amazing breathtaking 180 degree panoramic sea view, much nicer than on the photos. Comfortable villa, exceptionally clean and lovely hosts. Sea views from nearly all rooms. Amazing wrap around balcony upstairs and lovely infinity pool, lights up at night. Good supplies upon arrival provided, water, fruit, wine, coffee etc... The villa exceeded our expectations, we loved it and we would love to go back, amazing memories.

Great, fully equiped apartment in a lovely village with a wonderful, friendly and helpful host. Close to the beautiful Atheras beach with warm water. From the terrace of the house you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sunset. If you like animals you can also enjoy the company of three adorable cats near the house. I highly recommend the place!!!

The best stay in Kefalonia. The apartment has a private pool with a wonderful view of the sunset. The owner welcomed us with a bottle of wine, a bowl of fruit, and chocolates. Everything was clean, comfortable, and pleasant. Definitely a very enjoyable experience, worth the money.

It was exactly as beautiful as the photos show. The hosts were so gracious and personable. They made us a yummy cake and left us with fresh lemons, grapefruit and oranges from their property! Thank Goodness for the hot tub as it was quite chilly in March and since so much is still closed for the winter, we looked forward to coming home and hopping into the hot tub to warm up after our day's activities.

It is a quiet area but well worth visiting.

It is a quiet area but well worth visiting. Be aware that it is remote, and if you stay here then everywhere else is a long drive away! Portas Atheros is a good beach and has decent Tavernas. There are walks to other beaches, Agni, in particular , that are worth the effort if you like swimming or snorkelling.

The thing we loved most about Atheras was the peaceful, relaxing, sandy beach and picturesque bay with its turquoise clear waters and traditional fishing boats. Its gentle, shallow entry waters make it particularly perfect for families with young children, people with mobility problems and for launching kayaks and paddleboards. The beach is not ‘organised’ so visitors should remember to bring their own parasols and mattresses if needed as there are none to rent. The added bonus of Porto Atheras are the two excellent restaurants by the beach. The location is rural so a car is as advisable. I would wholeheartedly recommend Regina Studios for accommodation, just a few minutes by car from Porto Atheras Beach or about 10 minutes on foot.
