We could not have chosen a better location for our honeymoon! The hotel itself is fantastic, clean, modern, beautiful aesthetics, thoughtfully chosen products, you can tell they put a lot of thought and heart into it! The staff was so sweet and decorated our room with balloons and flower petals and gifted us a complimentary bottle of wine and some small appetizers upon our arrival. The breakfast was fantastic! We loved having the option to choose what we wanted, and it was delivered to our room every morning so we could enjoy it out on the balcony. The location was perfect for us - Plakias is such a beautiful and laid back town, fantastic restaurants and beautiful beaches around! Not too crowded but has everything you need. The service was the cherry on top! It was so nice to be greeted every morning by the staff in the morning when they bring up breakfast and chat about our plans for the day. We received so many excellent recommendations and suggestions from them, ranging from best restaurants, beaches, hikes, and more. They were so friendly and warm, we were always greeted with a smile whenever we came back and asked about our day and what we did. Huge thank you to the KYMANI team: Maria, Elena, Yiorgos and Stefanos for your wonderful, kind, and friendly hospitality and for making our stay in Crete so memorable! We will definitely be back!

Violeta, the front desk manager, was all the time at the hotel during our stay. Her attention to detail was extraordinary. She was making sure we were always feeling comfortable, if we needed something, and also reacted before we even asked, as we were lactose intolerant, and she made sure we had plant based milk available. It was also my bday, and she gave us a bottle of delicious wine as a birthday gift. She was extraordinary, always smiling, kind, and helpful. She made our stay 10 thousand times more pleasant. The hotel is very well located, just beachfront and close to nice restaurants. Very clean, breakfast very good and with a lot of variety.
