Great facility space rooms with fireplace, big private veranda overlooking the big lake. Located in a picturesque historical village. Short walk from the center of town and the restaurant. Incredibly polite and helpful owner/ manager . Sit down hefty breakfast with all sorts of fresh produce good value.

A beautiful and tastefully decorated traditional family run hotel with genuine Greek hospitality. The owners provided us with so many tips what to do in the area and we had the best time. We were made to feel very welcome and absolutely enjoyed our stay. For breakfast home made treats were served in the super cosy reception area, our room had a lovely fire place and we had the best time. We would come back anytime

This is probably the best location from where to explore the Prespa National Park. Old village with historical stone houses, huge part of it recently renovated. Impressively clean. Pure nature. Drinkable water everywhere around. Unpolluted air. Silence. Comfortable temperature in around 1,000 m ASL. View on the Prespa lake.

The village has 160 permanent residents but in the summer a...

The village has 160 permanent residents but in the summer a lot of people gather. The meeting point is the tavern in the square but also the bar with nice music and cocktails. Very picturesque stone houses, in the middle of nature. It is very close to Agios Achilleios (5-10 minutes) and Psarades (15-20).

The village does not offer much in terms of attractions and...

The village does not offer much in terms of attractions and is in some places difficult to access, due to road works. However, this is a temporary difficulty that will be overcome with the completion of the works. However, it is located very close to the lakes of Mikri and Megali Prespa and this compensates for any disadvantage.

Quiet village with mediocre facilities in the guesthouses but with an excellent tavern in the square: "Prespeion"!!! The office that provides information about the ecosystem of Prespa should be open on the weekend, because that's when the visitors go!!! Let the employees rotate!!!

Wonderful location amidst an extremely imposing mountainous...

Wonderful location amidst an extremely imposing mountainous landscape! The stone-built architecture creates a harmonious atmosphere of coexistence between man and nature! Two streams flow through the village, which at night offer peaceful sounds! The food is excellent, with delicious local beans and homemade pies!

The ideal base to explore Prespa.

The ideal base to explore Prespa. It has two excellent restaurants, one of which also serves your morning coffee. Traditional houses, alleys, a restless stream, and a breathtaking view of the surrounding area make up the setting. Don't forget to visit the perfectly renovated watermill 200 meters outside the village!

Tranquil village that looks like it came out of another century. Hotel is lovely, with spacious and clean and rooms that are modern, yet keep that previous century touch that adds to their charm. Owner and staff are very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Beautiful garden. Excellent breakfast.
