The location is superb and the view from our room was perfect! We looked out at the harbor, the lighthouse, the shores and restaurants and the mosque with the city wall behind it. We loved sitting on our balcony for the sunsets and people watching. Our room was tastefully decorated, large and very clean.

We had a lovely stay! We were greeted by the most friendly hotel manager who went out of her way to make us feel welcome. They were also accommodating to our requests such as needing an early check in. The hotel room is beautiful, modern and luxurious feeling with a very comfy bed. The location could not be better in the centre of Chania old town, and the rooms had good soundproofing so we didn’t hear any street noise. One night, we sat on the balcony and enjoyed watching a live concert in the square below. Thank you so much!

If you want to experience Greek culture go to Chania. It is a beautiful town and the restaurants and food presentations are wonderful. The highlights of the trip were shopping at a street market for locals to buy olives and cheeses, dining in a part of the waterfront frequented by locals and swimming in the Aegean Sea.

Chania is a lovely city, and visiting it at the end of september, start of october was perfect; temperatures of 26 - 28 degrees, not completely overrun by tourists so you can actually enjoy the city and landscapes. Add to that the lovely Cretes, great food and hospitality... in a city filled with history placed around gorgeous bays. Definitely go here!

Chania was an amazing place to visit with so much history and vibe. It's safe, has many food options (heaps of GREAT food), there is a beach right in the city + going to nearby beaches won't take more than 20 minutes by bus (tickets can be bought on the bus or cheaper - through the app, making it very convenient). I did enjoy shopping for some special local items (so much meaning in what people create there). People are very friendly and welcoming. Was a great place to relax and recover.

Great vibe here
Nice compact area
Spotless - constant cleaning was taking place to keep Chania spotless.
Felt safe and comfortable wandering around.
The hotel is small but so nice and clean. The hosts Penny and Judith are hard working, always available to help even through email or phone and super gentle. The room was beautiful, well cleaned with all facilities. Still water, Sparkling Water, coffee and tea were replaced daily with no extra charge. For the breakfast there is a very good selection. The location is a bit away from the old town but it is still can be reached easily by a 10-15min easy walk. Thanks for making our holiday in Crete one to remember!
The apartment is modern and super well projected and furnitured. It is well equipped with everything you need.
The position is great and the host is super kind. He sent us useful suggestions about supermarkets and restaurants. Our experience with Urban Loft was superb and we recommend to everyone who wants to visit the city of Chania or Crete in general.
P.S The design of the apartment is beautiful and 5 stars. I especially enjoyed the huge bathtub.
Beautifully designed little boutique hotel on a picturesque street in the old town of Chania. Nikos, the host was truly the loveliest we have encountered out of many on our travels around Crete. He gave us advice on the best breakfasts and coffees and was over and above helpful with our bags and taxi bookings. we have stayed in many lovely place in Chania over the years but this one is our favourite now as it just ticks all the boxes.

Staff were helpful and offered great recommendations they were trained in customer service to the highest standard . Breakfast lovely and fresh . Hotel brand new and everything was clean and working ! Not recommended from people with mobility issues as there are steps in to the property .
