Loved everything!! The location, the room, the breakfast and most importantly the exceptional service from Spiro and his team. These are the high standards many other 5 star hotels talk about but cannot successfully achieve. The hotel is absolutely amazing!!! It looks so idyllic and relaxing, like heaven on earth. Marvellous garden, refreshing swimmingpools, superb restaurant and a breakfast buffet with a huge variety of choices. The rooms are very comfortable and the location is very convenient with 4 beaches in walking distance and the city close by. The staff was also incredibly helpful and welcoming. Last but not least, the hotel dog, Simba is so sweet and gives joy to everyone around.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Casaly hotel and spa, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The hotel was *spotlessly clean* throughout, from the rooms to the common areas, which made the stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The housekeeping team clearly takes great pride in maintaining the property. What stood out the most, however, was the *amazing staff*. Every team member was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely went out of their way to ensure that my needs were met. It truly made a difference in my overall experience. And let’s not forget about the *breakfast* – it was absolutely *superb*! There was a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to choose from, catering to all tastes. I looked forward to every morning, knowing I would enjoy a great start to my day. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future. We had a fantastic time at the Aura Boutique Hotel. The staff, Anastasia and her family, were incredibly welcoming and kind, always greeted us with a smile. The breakfasts were delicious and versatile every morning, the rooms were spacious and spotless, and the hotel is in a great location, right by a nice beach and just a few minutes' walk from the city centre and ferry port. It was the perfect place for a great holiday! I'd highly recommend it!

Everything! The location and hospitality were fantastic. There's a cute dog and a cute cat that loves petting. Owners are hospitable and very helpful with car rentals and provided tips on what-to-do around town. Walking distance to local market and town square with lots of cafes and restaurants. Close enough to see the turtles coming up the harbour during late morning. Katia introduced us to take the ferry to Lixouri which we would not have found out online. Free parking right across the street. You definitely need a car to get the best of Kefalonia. The room and shower are very good. They upgraded our room too. This is the best place we've stayed throughout our 2-week trip all over Greece.
