The apartment was comfortable and very clean. It has a well equipped kitchen with a microwave and small fridge. Water pressure was excellent and we never run out of hot water. If you plan to rent a car, this is a great location as it is half way from most sights and beaches. The host was very kind and welcoming. The apartment has it's own private garage.

The place is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are large, beautiful and spacious. Everything is well equipped and cozy. The place is close to the promenade, walking distance. For those arriving by car, there is free parking on the street. The manager of the place is always available for any questions and requests. Highly recommended!

We liked everything about the property. It clearly exceeded our expectations that were already high. Not only the owners and the staff are amazing but you can tell they take very very good care of the hotel. We have never stayed at a hotel so impeccable. It is very well maintained and clean. The room gets cleaned every day. It has a breathtaking view on Petani bay. Breakfast was the best we ever had with local products.

We stayed here for 6 nights and it was absolutely perfect. The apartment was beautiful, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you could need, from shower gel and body lotion to a coffee machine, sweets, and snacks. There was even a hair iron provided, which was a very thoughtful detail. On top of that, the fridge was stocked with beer, water, cocktails, and even local wine provided by the host free of charge. It truly felt like staying in a 5-star hotel. Our host Stefanos is very polite, helpful, and always available for any request. The location is excellent, right in the center of Lixouri, with all the essential shops around, and you can easily reach everything by foot. We would love to come back again. Highly recommended! 🌟

What an incredible property! Everything is perfect - from the facilities, to the room, to the location! We couldn’t fault anything. The staff, especially Dimitri, were so helpful and kind. We can’t wait to come back!

Farsa is a nice small village.

Farsa is a nice small village. It is not far from Argostoli and it is a great location to explore the island. It has 1 cafe and 1 taverna. The food in the taverna is very delicious and the service is excellent. You have to keep in mind that the is no mini market in the village and you have to plan your shopping before going back.
