We liked everything about the hotel. Apartment was clean and modern, swimming pool was very relaxing and the view over the sea was stunning! It all looks very nice. The hotel doesn’t do all inclusive, all is on a small scale. For me that was perfect. The hotel does everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

This hotel and its staff are world class. Amazing hospitality. We loved every minute of our stay from the welcome tour to the final moments poolside before our flight. The staff went the extra mile to make our wedding anniversary really special. Having explored much of the island, we are also convinced the location is one of the underrated features; the views on the island and sea are beautiful and in a more peaceful setting away from the big resorts and towns. The food and drinks are also really good; we had breakfast included but also had dinner a couple of nights. Really nice menu and more upscale then most of the restaurants you will find on the island. Rooms are spacious and very clean; we were impressed how well and frequent our room was kept. Many reviews comment on the “hill” that you need to walk from most (but not all) of the rooms. We actually enjoyed our walks as we got in a little bit of exercise every day! For arrival, departure and/or whenever you need it they can also take you up/down on a golf cart. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique and beautiful place to stay on Kos.

The staff were lovely, the room was all that we needed, very clean, and we had a beautiful breeze. The gentleman who checked us in even gave us a room at ground level so my Mum didn’t have to carry her bag upstairs. We loved the breakfast.

The pool is fantastic. Big and they keep them clean. The breakfast was decent. The cakes were excellent. The location is pretty good for that particular area: beach is 2' on foot, the local bus stop is right in front of the hotel, mini markets and places to eat are all around as well as vehicle rentals. Staff is very friendly. The room is spacious and very comfy. It has all the essentials. Balcony very spacious as well. The air-condition was working pretty well. And we got all these at a very good price for the season.

Everything, since I arrived: the atmosphere and the light of this calm, friendly but elegant hotel. The mornings and the evenings on the beautiful terrace, the quiet pool, the sea view, the beach in a couple of minutes. And, first of all, the kind and super nice owners!!

I've been to Greece many times and have never stayed in an app that was so good.Big ,extra clean (cleaned everyday by staff,changed towels,sheets,...trash empty...).Bus station to go to Kos city is 20 m away,beach also, super market, rent-a car,bar,restaurant...is all there and jet you don't feel crowded.. can't say enough nice things ...
