We stayed in this hotel with my wife and our one-year-old for 3 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They would always greet us with a smile and ask if everything was ok. They even offered us vouchers for free drinks at the hotel's bar during check-in. The bedroom was very spacious, modern and clean. The cleaners even folded our clothes. We had asked for a baby cot, and even with that, we had plenty of space in the room. The mini bar in the room was free, and there were water bottles, soft drinks, a small wine, and coffee and tea. We didn't get a chance to dive into the pool, but we did relax for a while at the pool's sunbeds, which were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and every day, they even had a new addition. It was a 10-minute walk from the old city center so we didn't even have to move our car. There is private parking in the basement of the hotel, but the spots are limited, and you have to book in advance. We were not aware, but there were plenty of free parking spots on the streets around the hotel.

The hotel is very nice and clean! The staff is friendly, polite and helpful which made the whole stay even better. The room was comfortable and nice, ours also had a balcony where we could dry the clothes after beach and rest. Breakfast is also good and has some options, if you don't want to spend morning looking for a place to eat outside. Location was almost perfect, we could be at the city centre in maximum of 10 minutes walk. The hotel also has a parking with a small daily fee, it was very convenient since the island is big and we wanted to explore around with a car.

Yiota worked the front desk. We were informed there might be a ferry strike which meant we could not leave Crete and go to Santorini. She was amazing. She made calls to the port authority, numerous times, and helped us figure out alternatives. The strike did not happen but we would have been prepared without her.
