The host was an incredibly kind and thoughtful gentleman who we were fortunate to befriend. An artist by profession, he even gifted us some of his handcrafted rigs. The property was immaculately clean, with breathtaking views and a delightful fragrance from the abundant flowers surrounding the house. The entire experience was truly beautiful and memorable. The host's kindness extended beyond expectations—he anticipated our late arrival and thoughtfully left us bread, butter, marmalade, honey, a bottle of water, milk, and even coffee with a coffee machine, ensuring we had everything we might need. Everything was simply excellent—an outstanding experience in every way!

Loved everything!! The location, the room, the breakfast and most importantly the exceptional service from Spiro and his team. These are the high standards many other 5 star hotels talk about but cannot successfully achieve. Take note hotel managers, you have so much work to do to achieve the exceptional quality and calibre of the Canale hotel and suites.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Casaly hotel and spa, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The hotel was *spotlessly clean* throughout, from the rooms to the common areas, which made the stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The housekeeping team clearly takes great pride in maintaining the property. What stood out the most, however, was the *amazing staff*. Every team member was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely went out of their way to ensure that my needs were met. It truly made a difference in my overall experience. And let’s not forget about the *breakfast* – it was absolutely *superb*! There was a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to choose from, catering to all tastes. I looked forward to every morning, knowing I would enjoy a great start to my day. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you to everyone at Casaly for making my stay so memorable!
