The location was just up from all bars and local restaurants in a very quiet part of the village , sea was just over the road . The apartment was immaculate and the owners could not do enough to please you , they came every day and always asked if all was ok , changed bedding and towels often , I mentioned I liked flowers and every day I had them on my terrace table . We highly recommend this accommodation and resort . The restaurants are fabulous we particularly liked costas a well know traditional restaurant who grow all the vegetables and make wine and brandy from there farm .

Amazing Stay!Truly a Home Away from Home! I recently stayed at Angsana Corfu Resort & Spa and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, check-in was smooth and took less than five minutes. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with modern decor and a breathtaking sea view . The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the housekeeping team made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch ,the outdoor pool was serene and offered stunning sunset views, while the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, catering to all tastes. I also appreciated the small touches, like complimentary bottled water, plush robes, and turn-down service each evening. I will definitely go again!

I have visited Messonghi many times and I consider it to be like a 2nd home to me. It has expanded over the years facilities wise, which has improved it's customer rating. Surrounded by lush greenery, it is a prime example of what makes Corfu such a special place to visit. It provides great memories for many people who visit. There are also some facebook pages and hotel websites to enjoy to give a clear indication of what to expect from such a south coastline Corfu gem. The people are so friendly, you are made to feel part of a local community and it is a very relaxed place. I have developed such great friendships over the years and it is easy to see why many who travel for holidays choose to reside there. Facilities are a plenty, as are restaurants and bars, along the seafront and the one main strip behind the beach front, which runs from the river to the end of the beach and beyond! There are some really good apartments available and a good selection of Hotels to choose from. Also, great boat trips to take and also great weather. Regarding the beach, it is fairly sandy but is also has pebbles too, but most people who visit do not mind this at all. There is a quieter end to it as well as the more commercialsed end with all the watersports and sunbeds and parasols. There are also swimming pools which are accessible for use. The famous old rickety pier and legendary fishing icon, the Blue Boat ! are a must to see. All in all, what's not to like! Try it.

Great area. Perfect amount of bars/restaurants for a week. Amazing beach Easily walkable around the whole resort. Great shops. Jet skiing & pedlos were great. Water sports rental guy was so friendly helpful. Enjoyable sunset boat trip to Corfu Town.

There are so many restaurants in Messonghi and I have never had a bad meal there. Bacchus is superb, Romeos, fabulous, Koralis, Kostas, Meraki, I could go on and all within a couple of minutes walk. Plenty of activities on the beach for adults and children. The Bakery is great for breakfast, coffees, pastrys and the cake selection is superb.

It's a quaint, rustic place.

It's a quaint, rustic place. Small with some nice restaurants and small selection of bars. It's safe and if you're a runner you'll enjoy some nice hilly runs along the coast. Also saw some people out on road bikes, with mountains close by I'd say there are great climbs and views from the top. The weather was amazing for the time of the year, the sea is absolutely gorgeous and the people are lovely, very welcoming and helpful. Loved that we had the option of going to Corfu Town which is only 30/40 mins on a local bus. Also the famous SiSi Empress of Austria has a summer palace close by and that is well worth visiting, stunning bit of culture and amazing views.

Because of some abandoned buildings and trash everywhere, an abandoned and rusting boat on the shore of Mesongi river, unkept roads, the town seems a bit run-down. There aren't many buildings that catch your eyes as authentic, there are businesses everywhere, car rentals, souvenir and other shops that cover the loveliness of most buildings along the main road. It is a tourist town and not a place with an air of being authentic Corfian. Also, everything seems to be overpriced.

Fantastic hotel in an awesome location. 1. Bus station was just next to the hotel and is the first stop towards Corfu town which means bus is empty on arrival. 2. Numerous high quality restaurant just a few steps away with great value. 3. Staff are very kind and always helpful which made our stay great. Overall one of the best holidays I’ve ever had because of this hotel

The food was incredible! It was so fresh and there was so much choice - there was something for everyone! The staff were lovely, the pools were brilliant and there is so much to do for all age groups. The beach, shops and bars are only a short 5 min walk from the hotel as well! I really enjoyed my stay at Apollo Palace and I would definitely go back!

Excellent, cosy, and 30 seconds from the beach. The host Drimitri was very helpful and organised our transport to and from the airport and always replied quickly. I would definitely stay there again. Mesongi Beach is lovely!
