We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kalamata. What made our stay truly exceptional was the incredible kindness and professionalism of everyone working at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel genuinely welcome. We reached the hotel before 10 a.m., expecting to leave our luggage and wait until the official check-in time, but the staff kindly prepared our room so that we could check in immediately. It was a thoughtful gesture that made a huge difference after our journey. Throughout our stay, they were always ready to help with anything we needed and even surprised us with small complimentary gifts at the bar. Their warmth and attention to detail made our holiday even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from every morning. The pool area was another highlight—beautiful, peaceful, and never overcrowded, making it the perfect place to relax. We stayed in a family suite, which exceeded our expectations. It was spacious and featured three balconies: one standard-sized balcony, one large balcony, and one huge terrace, giving us plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. Kalamata itself is an amazing destination. It has beautiful beaches, excellent restaurants and charming bars, yet it still feels authentic and pleasantly free from mass tourism. It offers everything needed for a relaxing and memorable holiday without the crowds found in many other Mediterranean destinations. Overall, we had an absolutely wonderful experience. The outstanding hospitality of the hotel staff, the excellent facilities, and the beauty of Kalamata combined to make this one of our favourite family holidays. We would gladly return and wholeheartedly recommend both the hotel and the city to anyone looking for a perfect place to spend their vacation.
