Szep fekves, kedves szemelyzet

The hotel is in a beautiful neighborhood, it is like a whimsical hidden oasis in the desert, filled with palm trees. There is a bay where you can swim and a very clean swimmingpool. The food was great and the staff were very chill.

Mindenhol tisztaság volt, gyönyörű volt a kilátás és a környezet a medencés, tengerre néző szobából, 10 méterre volt a parttól.

Az ételek nagyon finomak voltak, szobák is szépek, tiszták. Csodás a tengerpart, tiszták a medencék.

We stayed at Castello Boutique Resort & Spa for 8 nights in July after spending a wonderful holiday last year at the opposite hotel, Castello Boutique Suites by the Sea. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish, clean, and has a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. What truly made our holiday unforgettable, however, was the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you to Dori, Jennifer, and Balazs, who made every single day feel special. Balazs' Piña Colada is simply the best in all of Sissi! Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality! One of the highlights of our stay was the fantastic entertainment programme. We loved that there was something enjoyable to do every day, not only at our hotel but also at the other Castello hotels. We especially enjoyed the aqua gym, the Cuban Night, Dances of the World, the wine tasting, and many other activities. Everything was very well organised and of a very high standard. A special thank you to Yasmine, whose enthusiasm and positive energy made everyone feel welcome and included. There was never a dull moment during our stay. The location is also perfect, just a short walk from the charming harbour and the lovely village of Sissi, making it easy to enjoy both the peaceful hotel and the local atmosphere. Many thanks to the entire Castello team for making our holiday so memorable. We left with wonderful memories and are already looking forward to returning. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service, fantastic entertainment, and a relaxing holiday in beautiful Crete.

Kedves személyzet, változatos finom ételek, gyönyörű panoráma, kényelmes szoba, sok medence, pingpongozási lehetőség

A személyzet pozitív hozzá állása.
