Quite literally- The Most Amazing staff we’ve ever encountered. The hotel/ villas span on half a small, renovated village, giving an authentic, quiet vibe. The staff made our stay unforgettable. Spacious rooms, super comfy beds, great food (and cocktails). Spilia is a short drive from anywhere, and the staff will be happy to direct you to exactly where you need to be.

My stay at Golden Rose Suites was fantastic. Not only is it beautiful and well kept, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The owner, Eleni, is a wonderful woman who makes you feel like family.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, very close to the beach side, great for walks and with several local restaurants on the sea. The hotel offer a great quality/cost ratio, allowing a cheap stay in a wonderful area. Relatively close to the more expensive Kissamos area, and to several natural tourist attractions. Great breakfast served each morning with tables in the garden and pool side. Wonderful pools, including one for adults and one for kids. The hotel staff was very useful, including to help up with a car issue.

The owners were friendly and accommodating. Close to beach and quick drive to towns and grocery store. Beautiful accommodations and pool. Highly recommend and will be back next summer.

The hotel was clean everywhere: in the rooms, the restaurant, the pool area, the garden, and even the common restroom outside. The staff were very helpful, kind, smiling, and cheerful. The food was varied and tasty. It was very convenient to have the seaside so close, just across the road, and it was also great to always have free sunbeds available

Kind staff, extremely accommodating

We had a great stay at Atlantica Ocean Beach Resort in Crete and would happily return in the future. From the moment we arrived, we received the hotel welcome we've ever experienced. Maria was absolutely fantastic, taking the time to explain all the hotel amenities and our room while providing drinks, cakes, cookies, and even a toy for our 6-month-old baby. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch that immediately made us feel welcome. We were also delighted to learn that we'd been upgraded to a suite for our stay. The room was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and featured a beautiful outdoor area complete with luxury sun loungers, a table, and chairs. The mini fridge was regularly restocked throughout our stay, which was another nice touch. The entertainment was good, some nights better than others which is to be expected, with the fire show being a particular highlight. The bar staff were always friendly and accommodating, even making cocktails that weren't on the menu on a couple of occasions. The resort has two à la carte restaurants – one Greek and one Asian. Unfortunately, they were fully booked throughout the entire duration of our stay when we arrived, so we'd recommend booking these in advance to avoid disappointment. Thankfully, the team were incredibly accommodating and managed to secure us a reservation at the Asian restaurant. The food was excellent, with sushi starters served to the table followed by a buffet-style main meal. The hotel is extremely family-friendly, making it a perfect choice for those travelling with young children. A special shout-out also goes to the Scottish hotel representative. Unfortunately, we didn't get her name, but she was so friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to help us secure a booking at the Asian restaurant. Her customer service was outstanding. The buffet food was good for an all-inclusive resort, with a nice variety available.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful apartment that truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment I arrived, I was treated like family by the hosts, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and happiness throughout my stay. The apartment/suite itself was nice and clean and located in a serene area, just a short walk from the beach. peaceful atmosphere One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible hospitality. The hosts were not only attentive but also incredibly kind. They even helped me clean my car for the rental place wouldnt charge me from the dirty drive to Balso Beach, which was such a thoughtful gesture that I truly appreciated. If you're looking for a beautiful place to unwind, with hosts that treat you like their own, I can't recommend this apartment enough. It was an unforgettable experience, and I can’t wait to return! Five stars all the way!

The waterpark was the highlight of our trip, with the relaxing sunbeds and the availability of snacks and drinks. Many thanks also to the incredibly helpful staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

Water slides, staff was very helpful and polite, territory, clean room, big balcony, all day food and snacks/ice cream were available. Kids were happy to attend mini disco and evening shows, we spent really good time in this hotel! Food could be more various but anyway all of us could find something for ourselves.

The put a lot of love and effort to maintain the property and it had all what we need. Pool, good sunbeds and even beds on the water. The staff is extremely nice.

We stayed in this resort for a week and loved everything about it. The staff were so friendly and hospitable. The rooms were clean and maintained that way everyday through housekeeping. The size of the room and the facilities in general was great. We couldn’t ask for a better stay.

Excellent hotel, comfortable bed, tasty food with many choices, very close to the beach and to many places of interest, clean room every day, super nice service. Emmanuel, the manager, made us feel at home. We booked one night more and we'll be back in the future. Totally recommended 👍
